"I move in here in the beginning of 2024 and mind you that I move in here with no furniture at all but a futon to lay my head in the first week was hell the apartment was infested with bed bugs! & of course they denied it saying that I’m the one who brought them but I never had this issue before not even in the other apartments I used to live in till I moved in these apartments pest control is in your contract lease but for bed bugs they have to do other treatments I paid 250.00 so they can exterminate my apartment and ever since they exterminate the apartment we’ve been good didn’t had no issues with the bed bugs anymore… till recently I noticed the apartment that is behind me I noticed that they were doing remodeling and two days ago in my apartment through the vents it smell awfully like fumigation that it even hurt it my head I couldn’t be in the kitchen because of how strong it smell…yesterday I had a bed bug crawling on my feet in the kitchen area and I strongly believe that it came from the apartment that is behind me because it’s been a year that they came and exterminate and if that was the case then my apartment would’ve been infested with bed bugs for that whole year… I feel like it’s very unfair that I have to pay again 250.00$ againfor bed bugs that are coming to my apartment from another apartment that I don’t even live in those creatures love being in the walls and in the humid woods they bite and suck your blood and spread diseases in the beginning of the year I had to take my son the doctor because he had gotten sick out of a bed bugs bite my 1 year old at the time was having symptoms of bed bug bites he was nauseated and vomiting mind you that in the year 2024 we have been good I live with my 4 children and I would’ve noticed them if they had any bumps or rashes on there skin but this isn’t the case the issue here is that I feel that the bed bugs are coming from the apartment that they are remolding and also fumigated…I feel like they are abusing of me and feel this is very unfair. I like living here but don’t like that they want to charge you up for every little thing The apartments are old and they are going to deny it but this is my story and I’m telling what I experienced I will take legal actions. Don’t move in here the apartments are infested these people will do anything to get money out of you"
"Worst experience.. they lied and told me that they didn't have termites .. unfortunately they had them . Won't fix anything in my home how I supposed to call home when sinks are not working ... always a problem with the water .. why hired people to clean the area of the apartments but the trash cans are full with nasty trash on The ground . There are racist tenants that live here .. look at black people like we done something wrong .. cars been stolen from here there's no cameras around only where the Hispanics are ... security guards don't do they job they just sit in the car on they phone."
"This is my second year living here at serena forest and they office staff has been helpful by taking their time to explain they contract and they policy of they company. They are nice about they violation i received, i Guess thats why the property is clean. Keep the good work girls and don't let this nasty comments get to you'll. This is people that don't follow the rules and get mad because You Are extrict with the léase."
"I moved in 2 months ago and I haven’t had an issue with my apartment great maintenance and the office staff is very friendly and helpful they also helped me fill out my application when I was trying to move in I would recommend for you guys to move in. They hand out the apartments in really good condition and super clean they also have a security at night so you feel safe in here."
"Just renewed my first lease. I love living here. It’s quiet and peaceful . A lot of rules but i guess that’s what’s needed to make this place nice. I’ve been to other apartments down the same street and they are ghetto. The managers here are pretty cool and take the time to explain things to me and my husband. I love my little apartment."
