"I wish I can give 0 starts. Just finished my lease in these nightmare apartments!!
DO NOT EVER lease here. I had a townhome that had plenty of issues had leaks and took them 6+ MONTHS to patch a celling hole in my kitchen! Air conditioning sucks! And on top of that management NEVEEEERRRRR ANSWERS!!! By far the worst apartment I have ever lived in!! I’m sure you can find somewhere else better than this garbage of apartments!!
This happened June 13th and their way of fixing was a cardboard box and they fixed the hole eventually……..December 16th!!!!!!
Whoever just moved in these apartments good luck!

Update to the apartment:
15,000 views on this review, that's 15,000 potential tenants gone from you. Everything below suddenly got fixed a month after this post, except for my door from being fixed. However the below is still true for many other tenants. I will not be removing the post until they let me out my lease. Also this place is manged by RPM living so any apartment managed by them avoid like the plague
I’ve been living here for a short time, but it’s been an absolute nightmare. The building is literally falling apart. I walked home one day to find that the roof of the neighboring apartment had fallen off! My own balcony is so loose that I’m scared to even lean on it for fear of falling from the second story. The gutters are full of holes, so when it rains, it’s like walking through a shower to get up the stairs.
The place is just in shambles—paint is peeling, outlets are loose, and my toilet won’t flush unless I lift the lid. One room doesn't have a working light bulb, the cabinets are sticky from the cheap paint job, and one of the burners on the stove doesn’t work because it was spray-painted. Every time I try to use it, it starts smoking.
Management? Completely unresponsive. It’s been so bad that I’ve had to stay at my mom’s house just to avoid dealing with this mess. On top of that, there’s no security. The gates are always wide open. I’ve had a homeless man approach me for money to buy drugs right outside the building. A non-tenant hit my car and ran away without giving insurance info, and I still don’t even have a key to my mailbox.
To top it all off, they’ve been raising my rent! I had to pay $20 more this month than last month, and the so-called services they charge for are completely unreliable. The Wi-Fi is terrible, and the valet trash service misses days regularly.
They tour you one apartment, and then stick you in a completely different, worse unit. Please avoid this place at all costs—calling management won’t get you any help, and you’ll be stuck in a dangerous and poorly maintained building."
"Been here 3 months and there are still mice entering my apartment and I'm on the 2nd floor which makes it worse. There has been no effort to seal the cracks crevices or place traps and poison in ceiling crawl space. I purchased traps and poison myself. They have not fixed the light on my ceiling fan either it's been 3 months stating they "ordered it" which is highly unlikely. I consider myself very patient and reasonable but this is very frustrating and they're constantly changing office personnel which makes it even more difficult to resolve any issues. Move here at your risk."
"We had a 1-year contract at the apartment complex of Sedona Square, the management team here is awful. We have had nothing but bad experiences with them, from their simple lack of respect to lack of communication and response. We did not renew contract given past circumstances and were charged for, early termination lease when we never broke contract, we were charged 13 additional days when we had moved out by the last day of the lease agreement. Apart from that, the living situation at these apartments is very unsafe we have had property stolen, construction work vehicles vandalized, broken into, and completely emptied out of all equipment worth thousands of dollars. Our living situation here has truly been awful to say the least. The management team needs to be improved."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. The management here is beyond terrible. I’ve been here for almost a year now. They charge 25 dollars for valet trash that they don’t pick up I take my own trash out. Maintenance request are terrible they take months to fix anything. You can call the office and million times and they do not pick up the phone. Our Apartments have mice and roaches I’ve complained multiple times and they’ve done absolutely nothing about it. On top of that I’ve gone to the office in person multiple times and the whole team has terrible attitudes and there’s more. DO NOT MOVE HERE! It’s a waste of time and money."

They have yet to return the deposit. In the end I’m glad I didn’t move there. Seeing pictures and videos from tenants that do live there make me realize I dodged a bullet. They answered on yelp and said THEY were disappointed because of MY review and said they were PROFESSIONAL?! Ha! I’m sure it’s the same manager that tried to talk to me stupid when I went to talk to her in person since she’s always in “meetings” and have new leasing people cover for her.

No wonder they are always changing leasing agents, I wouldn’t wanna work for a manager as rude, forgetful and unprofessional as “Jessica”. Was trying to contradict herself, even when she couldn’t back up what she was talking and ended up looking like a clown because I showed her the emails I have as a record. Thankfully I found a much better place. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Still waiting to get my money back! Just look at the other reviews for yourself!
Very bad service, bad communication. They only scam people out of their money and tend to leave you on hold for almost an hour. The manager always sends the leasing agents to answer the phone instead of him/her answering herself."
