"7 years of living at Savannah Place has been such a positive experience for me and my family. From the moment I moved in, it was clear that Demetra and Gracie really cares about their tenants. They’ve always been quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and any maintenance issues were handled right away. The property itself is always clean and well-kept. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and we always felt safe here, which is so important. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this comfortable and taken care of. I’m really going to miss living here and highly recommend Savannah Place to anyone looking for a great place to call home! We are going to miss you guys, thank you for taking great care of us during our stay."
"We have called Savannah Place Apartments home for the past eight years, and we absolutely love it here! From day one, the staff has made us feel like family. Dimitra and Gracie in the office are beyond amazing, always welcoming, kind, and ready to help with anything we need. You can tell they truly care about the residents, which makes such a difference.
One of the best things about living here is how well maintenance takes care of everything. Anytime we’ve had an issue, they’ve been quick to respond and always do a fantastic job. It’s so nice knowing that if something comes up, we don’t have to stress about it.
The apartments themselves are beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The entire community feels safe and peaceful, which is so important to us. It’s in a great location, and we love how quiet it is—just the perfect place to call home.
After all these years, we can honestly say we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. If you’re looking for a place where the staff truly cares, maintenance is reliable, and the community feels like home, Savannah Place Apartments is the place to be! Thank you again for being our home for so long!!"
"Hi, my name is Esther, Living at Savanna Apartment has been amazing! The environment is peaceful and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and quick to handle any maintenance needs. They truly care about their residents, making it feel like home.
The rooms are incredibly spacious, which my husband absolutely loves! We enjoy living here so much that we’re not ready to move elsewhere. Instead, we’re relocating to the second floor because, while we love our third-floor unit, carrying groceries and water up can be a bit challenging.
If you’re looking for a great place to live with excellent service and plenty of space, Savanna Apartment is the perfect choice!"
"I am grateful to God and the manager of Savannah Apartments because, despite only moving here two weeks ago, my son and I already feel safe. We have no noisy neighbors, and our apartment is spacious in every room. Each room meets both my son’s and my needs perfectly, and we couldn’t ask for more. I am pleased to have the opportunity to live here and hope to continue doing so in the future, as it is the perfect place for us.
Additionally, on my second day here, I experienced two incidents in the apartment. However, when I informed the manager the following day, these issues were resolved promptly. I find the manager and the maintenance staff to be very capable and helpful.

"This apartment complex is very secure and beautiful. The apartments are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and willing to address any issues. I highly recommend everyone to consider living in Savannah, as it offers a beautiful apartment community.
I have been living in this apartment for almost a year now, and I have not had any problems with my neighbors. I feel thrilled that, as a resident, the kids don’t have to cross the street to get to school safely."
"The stair case is starting to become a safety hazard and yet they don't seem to be in a hurry about fixing this problem. In a month it sinked about a quarter of a inch at the top of the stairs. And from when we moved in here there was Barely a blemish of a crack. We also have roaches as well because of this apartment complex and have weak floorboards throughout our apartment as well. Edit: I go make a complaint about something to the management and the next they do when I leave is call my mother as if I have no say when it comes to filing a complaint and when I'm in my 30's and I'm on the contract as well, but still get treated like a child. I advise for anyone who wants to move here don't. EDIT:Now after fixing a leak a week ago they still haven't fixed the hole in the ceiling. And over 2 month ago we had a problem with our breakers and that messed the refrigerator and instead of replacing it they sent their maintenance worker who doesn't know what he is doing to fix it and now it has been acting up causing the freezer to get extremely warm for about 30 minutes where the motor is on and off. And if I complain to them about anything they brush me off like I don't know what wrong with my apartment. Edit2: week 2 still this apartment managers haven't had anyone over to fix the hole in the ceiling. EDIT November 28 2023: It's been 4 weeks and still the management hasn't even attempted have the hole in our ceiling fixed. These managers don't care except for making their own money. Edit 4/6/24: also if you're late on rent they won't just stick the notice on the door but enter your apartment without permission to put it inside which is still trespassing and next time anyone who does this again I'm pressing charges against whom who enters without consent because the apartment is still my home until otherwise. Edit 04/14/24: if management won't start fixing the things that need to be fixed that should have been fixed before we moved in that I have complained about time after time and along with my mom filling complaints, I'm going to report everything wrong with my apartment to the Texas Workforce Commission. That's including the floors where there are multiple weak spots all over the apartment. Edit 04/18/24: where my foot is in these pictures are weak spots in the floor and the toilet is nasty on the inside that wasn't cleaned and those are issues I've complained about from day 1 when moving here. I've tried cleaning the toilet but nothing works and it's Disgusting along with the many roaches this apartment had and doesn't get treated often like it should. And your maintenance worker who cut off the nozzle shut off valve to the water for the toilet wasn't that smart either for incase of emergency there's no way to turn it off. Edit 04/27/2024: I'm giving management 3 days from now to start fixing the things my mother already reported because I'm reporting them to the Texas workforce commission. Apt.912. Clock is ticking. Edit: 05/23/2024 now we have a rat behind our dishwasher and y'all need to call exterminator. Edit: 06/19/2024 the management still lack on getting anything done like the beginning of June this month we were supposed to be on the list for apartment to get sprayed for roaches and they didn't put us on the list and I know this because the pest exterminator who was going next door said we weren't on the list when I opened the door and asked if he was coming over here. Even with the pest exterminator coming by aren't do their jobs as well by only spraying only in the kitchen and the bathroom . Now of 11/20/2024 the gm has been herrassing us with a noise complaint for the first time in three years which we never had previously with the same neighbors living here. My mom has received a message from the head management stating we need to sign the lease through text even though we already have done so three months ago. She caller us to sweep the roaches but we do that every day and miss Gracie blames us for a roach infestation that was here before we moved in. I'm going to hang myself sooner than later"
"Don’t waste your time or money living here, very unprofessional and if you don’t want your personal business aired to other residents then don’t share any of your personal life or thoughts to them. Also learn from me when you move out make sure you hand them the keys and front access card and don’t place it on counter by the door where can easily be found or they will charge you ridiculous fees and say you didn’t turn it in. Loud neighbors and don’t waste your time reporting it, nothing gets done but gossip because of family or close friends that gets away with everything but hey lesson learned."
"Have lived in this community for 10 plus years and the management is great( LEasing office ) very professional and knowledgeable. Maintenance professionals are always able to fix anything that breaks they even come after hours when needed . The community is well maintained and being a smaller place is quiet place to be. Highly recommended place to stay."
"Excellent community!!! Leasing professionals are welcoming and amazingly kind! Unfortunately, I left this apartment but my children and I enjoyed being apart of Savannah Place and we loved it! Anything I needed it was quickly taken care of. A five star is nothing compared to their awesome service. They truly care about their tenants and just over the holidays I had a few packages that went to my old address and I was able to pick them up without any issue. Thank you so much for making us feel at home. Take care!!!"
"I've spent 3 years in 3 different units (varying personal budgets each year). I highly recommend! I feel the prices are reasonable. The grounds are well kept, office staff personable and cooperative. I appreciate how they understood any challenges and do their best to accommodate. Maintenance works hard and though the buildings are aging everything is well maintained. One frustrating point that I experienced in every unit was the extreme water temperature fluctuations in the showers. We never did figure out why that was happening. The neighbors are quiet. There are several pets but I've never been bothered by barking. I love the Eldridge park just a block down the road and will often go for a run early am/late PM. I've never felt unsafe. Thanks again Savannah I will miss you!"
