"I had been living in this properties but bad services the A/C isn't working properly a lot of humity maintenance are cheaters they never fix anything, The apartment falling in parts they are rotten and the rent is too expensive"
"Bad management, all they want is your money! They contradict themselves and never want to fix anything. They take for ever to send some one and when they do they dont do anything! I've had a leak in my room twice they cut up the carpet and never fixed it. They charge you $50 per clicker to get in to the gate which doesn't work half of the time and when you do get in there is no parking! Other cars park where they want without a permit. Half of the parking s "reserved" & and even then people take your place. At one point they changed you for a laundry key and then change the locks, charge for a MAIL KEY. I paid $200 for an apartment transfer (which I never got back), when I went to check out the apartment there was no fridge, it was dirty, cabinets were stuck, windows were broken, and they were no FIRE ALARMS. I gave them a list to fix basically everything when I went to check the apartment they changed the locks and told me I had to pay double rent for where I was living and for the new apartment to get the key!! NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!"
"I have been living in these apartment complex for one year. Last month I got mugged by two people in the apartment's parking lot. This is disgusting that they don't have security cameras installed on the property. Security gates never work. The complex is full of hispanic, undocumented people. Rent is high as well. There are zero other facilities available to residents. No gym, swimming pool, basketball facility onboard. You can easily find a nice apartment within same price. Once my lease will be over, I am done with it"
"i have been living for several years at Royale apartments, place is very nice and quiet, management is good and respectful, they go beyond their limits to help you out, one thing i like about Royale is that no confrontations at all happen in this apartments, everything runs smoothly.
if you respect the rules everything will be ok.
