"I am now revising my review , I have been a resident since 2021 and in my years here Brian had always kept up with the pool. In the last week we have not been able to enjoy the pool due to lack of maintenance.
The property used to be clean and now there is a lot of trash around, the mailbox center trash is full up for 2 weeks.
We need the guys back"
"This is an older small complex that is very quiet for the most part. The staff really try to keep the property up. Im probably the longest residing tenant left in this complex now. I been here about 10-12years. Only negative comment I can honestly say about this place is, I dont think every time your lease is up there should be an upcharge especially if there are no new ammenities being added to the property that would warrant rent increase. There should be a cap on rent based on sq.ft and time a tenant has occupied that resident. My only complaint"
"I have been living in my apartment for about 6 years. These apts are quiet & I feel safe going out at any time. If you need information about the apartment complex you can ask for Ms. Victoria. She is is very polite & helpful in anything you need. As far a maintenance I have never had any trouble getting anything fixed in my apt."

"So far I am absolutely loving this neighborhood.
The staff in the office is kind, friendly and caring. Maintenance is quick and responsive to complaints. The exterminator shows up as scheduled and I haven't seen any pests yet. My apartment is spacious and a great value for the price. Best of all, this neighborhood is quiet! And security is out patrolling at night."
