"I’ve been living here for a little over the year and really enjoyed my experience so far! The property itself is super clean, nice, and quiet. The amenities are always clean and accessible. The office staff Jordie & Raul are always helpful with any of my needs. I also will add that my maintenance request are always handled either same day or within 24hrs."

The gym is well equipped, and the yoga and boxing classes are a nice bonus.
The outdoor BBQ area and pool with a lake view are beautiful and perfect for relaxing.

The parking system is spacious and the guest parking is well organized, which makes it convenient for visitors.
The community events are fun the new cafe - Slowpokes is a great addition!
The apartment itself has a clean, minimalistic, and modern design that I love.
Plus, the location is very convenient for commuting, and the valet trash system and delivery make everything even easier.
