"I have been living at Regal Pointe Apt. for the last 3 years and I have enjoyed every minute of it! My neighbors are all nice and friendly, and Ms. Nina is an awesome and very personable property manager, which is hard to find these days! She is always helpful and understanding whenever I have a problem or concern.
These apartments are truly heaven sent for me and my family!! With the location, low foot traffic, timely maintenance, and great staff; It really doesn't get any better than Regal Pointe."
"I recently toured Regal Pointe Apartments and was thoroughly impressed! The leasing agent Ariel was friendly, very knowledgeable, providing all the information I needed. She provided exceptional service and answered all my questions in detail. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light.
The amenities are a standout feature, including a laundry room onsite, a beautiful pool area, and inviting common spaces. The complex feels safe and secure with controlled access.
Overall, I highly recommend Regal Pointe apartments for anyone searching for a new home!"
"I have lived at regal point for three years.
Nina and her staff have done an amazing job while I’ve been here maintenance always fix the request in a timely manner. Nina is a great property manager. She is willing to work with you. Any complaint I have had Ariel has fixed it in a timely manner. The garbage cans are always empty. There’s never any mail thrown around. The property is well kept. The property is quiet. It’s a very small community. The people in the community look out for one another. Due to a new job Unfortunately, I have to relocate, but this has been a great home for the last three years"
"I toured the apartment several months ahead of my planned move-in date. As someone who is thorough with questions and attentive to details, I found Ariel and Nina to be incredibly informative regarding the renting process. I am impressed with the level of communication and accommodations, which is often hard to find in residential properties today."
"I lived in Regal Pointe Apartments in 2018-June 2021. This was the best place I could have lived. My husband and I was put in the area where only 1 bedrooms were. If I tell you we had the greatest experience living there. The property was super clean, our apartment was the perfect size for us, and we were content. I would go out on the patio to see if people lived there it was so quiet. We lived upstairs, and never gave our 1st floor neighbors a reason to say quiet down. Our neighbors were just as respectful. All in all we had a great experience living there. After moving out; for some reason I kept getting packages there, I made one call and they kindly went to the apartment and retrieved them with no hesitation. I have recommended this complex to others; although I am not sure if they took advantage of the opportunity, I do hope others will by reading this review. Should you read it, ask for Nina. She is amazing and will treat you as beautifully as she did me. Thank you for the opportunity to write and express how professionally this team was to us. So, how did it happen for us: Being nice and show respect with understanding and this is what you will get in return. Thank you Nina!

"My experience at these apartments has been great! The renovations are impressive, but what truly stood out was Ms. Ariel’s attentiveness. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She gave us a detailed tour and made me feel confident that this was the right place for me.
