"We were tenants here from 2018-2024. The property was bought by RPM Living within the past year. The new property team is working on A LOT of improvements from the roof, exterior paint, landscaping, small gym, pool, and I heard they are changing the gates (which are always damaged and sometimes not working/left open). Overall, we had a pleasant experience, staying for 6 satisfying years. It was quiet and people took care of pet waste properly. We really enjoyed the floor plan, small gym, close to med center and the attached garage. Work orders were taken care of quickly, but you never knew when they were stopping by. We had a bit of an issue towards the end regarding our notice to vacate letter; it took some effort and a bit of time, but it was resolved to our extreme satisfaction. They really took care of us at the end and were extremely courteous. Just FYI - have those emails saved and everything documented electronically. We did notice a big increase in those large Texas roaches in the last 6 months. We never had those before so not sure why. Pesticide didn’t do much; we had to ask for sticky traps! Submit those pest requests weekly. Ants were also an issue. One year, they came through drywall holes and chewed into sealed packages! Crazy. We were very clean and it still happened. Even went for my coconut hair products. Because the gate is damaged, neighboring rowdy and disrespectful teenagers and kids always used the pool in the summer. They even started stealing packages. I’m happy there is now security! Husband and I both worked in med center, and enjoyed our time there. I would recommend it. Not sure if the new owners do medical employee discounts/no deposit incentives like the last company did, but doesn’t hurt to ask. Best wishes!"

"I’ve been a resident at the Plaza for a couple of months and so far I’m very satisfied. The apartment has been rodent/pest free and the property is clean and very well maintained. Staff and management are very responsive and easy to get along with. They all seem to have the resident’s best interest at heart. I’d recommend the Plaza at the Medical Center to anyone looking for a larger size townhome at a competitive price."

"Im in love with my new home, I’ve been here a day and so far I’ve spoken with Edith and Katherine I believe that’s the correct name for ms. Kathrine . I love their assistance and always keep me informed with things along with calling me when I request . The maintenance man Luis is such a blessing with keeping my home up alone with fixing my things right on call I love that . My new home is a dream come true to me and my family . I love the spacious layout . The office staff to the property management and maintenance I love . I’m trying to get the feel of the neighbors so far bitter sweet but that don’t matter because I’m in the house most of the time ,and long as the office staffs makes me feel loved and at home I’m ok with just them . I recommend this place to all who might be seeking a place to call home . I will keep you guys update on (NEW) reviews . Not all reviews from the pass is vailed because these ladies are trying and I see the effort not everyone opinion should Dictate you’re Decisions. I was too kind of scared because of the reviews I’ve read but once I moved here I couldn’t relate to the others .
