"Very unprofessional and impatient customer service, instead of asking me if I am married or had any other sources of income besides my main job, this lady wanted to just tell me “oh you don’t make enough” well obviously you don’t make enough working as a leasing consultant because that isn’t even real money. My husband and I will take our money else where lol. Your loss not ours because there’s plenty of other places that would love our money."

"I’m late with this review but I spoke with Jessica last week inquiring information about the community she was very polite and. professional I understand she was new but she was able to find out information for questions asked. I look forward to touring the property and meeting with her."

"I wouldn’t recommend if I could do 0 stars that’s what it is they tow cars even if u live there and u don’t get to use all the things you paid for the apartment .people won’t let us use the pool even tho any damages that happen years ago and I wasn’t living here and I really regret even coming to these apartments they said it’s for low income yes I get it buh how when I keep losing money just living here and then I gotta keep waking up 2am to make sure my car doesn’t get towed Is outrageous and I’m ready to leave I won’t be back"

"I am extremely disappointed about the management of this community i have lived here for years and have only seen the pool open twice. There always seems to be some issues with the management about resolving this. This seems to be the case with many other problems at Peninsula Park. What is the point of the pool being there if people won’t be able to use it for the purpose of it being there."

"They are very unprofessional! They almost didn’t want to help me. I drove 45 minutes to do an application after being told they had a 3 bedroom got there another lady said she rented it that morning but someone just said an hour ago it was available. Then they started side talking to come back and say yes it’s available. After that I really didn’t trust anybody. Then because I had a full time job and a PRN side job they said my side job must be consistent to qualify. What IN THE WORLD!?! On top of that, I had a voucher that covered my rent. This is why I knew in my stomach something wasn’t right here. So they get my app fee & tell me to look out for the email to fill out everything & it must be done within 72 hours or I’ll be automatically denied. I NEVER GOT THE EMAIL! It’s almost 4 weeks later! These people are scammers! Now a week ago I got an email asking would I move in if I approved & I said no. It asked why and I clicked because the staff was rude. Now today I get a letter saying I was denied because of credit! LIARS! My credit isn’t great but it isn’t bad either. It isn’t worth going through all this trouble for these apartments in this location. I found a 3 story HOUSE in an upscale neighborhood and I don’t have much to pay on my end. It’s in a gated community. Not an apartment or duplex, it’s a HOUSE! 4 bedroom 3.5 bath 3 story gated community. You can get a very nice place around very nice people without the rudeness. People try to mistreat you because they feel you’re less deserving."
