"We lived in Pearl Residences for 3 years and we loved it! The facilities were clean and the swimming pool was lovely. It is a family friendly apartment and the staff at the leasing office are wonderful, especially Casey. What was really great about living there was that maintenance was taken care of quickly. Carlos was always ready to help. He is friendly, kind and very capable of fixing just about anything. Thank you so much for making my family’s stay there so enjoyable."

"Been living her for just over a year now and the time has not been perfect. Thanks to our new manager and our newest leasing agent, we have seen some of the best changes happening to this place. I can see efforts being made for improvements to the building and community. The building is starting to show signs of aging and the maintenance crew seems to be working hard to keep up with the most important of issues.

Carlos and his crew on maintenance have been continually working on the entrance gate keeping them up best they can this year. This is an improvement from last year as it seemed to be longer time between repairs to the gates. The maintenance issues in our apartment have always been taken care of with great expedience and care by the entire maintenance team.

We feel very comfortable in this community and have no worries raising our son in this area. It is nice to be treated with smiles and warm welcomes from the front office staff and we also have some of the best neighbors."

"We have lived at the Pearl Residences for 4 years now. The leasing team made up of Stephanie and Casey are beyond amazing in their helpfulness, professionalism and always making you feel a part of the family. Casey, who started out as the concierge, was the best concierge we had ever engaged with. He is always welcoming, happy and eagerly willing to get answers to any issues that we were dealing with. He didn’t just sit there occupying a chair. He was anxious to learn and provide the help people needed. I even him cleaning the lobby because he saw that something needed done. He has been a rock that was highly needed for the residents here. I was thrilled to hear that he was promoted to a leasing agent because of his ability to quickly learn all aspects of the office. The place would not be the same without him. When he is here, we all know we are taken care of. He and Stephanie make a powerful team in providing care and attention to the residents. He is a blessing to this place."

"We loved living here. Not only was our apartment spacious, but you can't beat the location. City Centre is less than 10 minute walk, which we did only multiple times a week. The staff at the apartment is amazing. Stephanie, the property manager, is a strong leader for her team. She lives on the property and makes it a point to get to know the residents. She is always available to help with any concerns along with Casey, the concierge and leasing agent. They took care of our every need, and the maintenance staff would address any issues as soon as I submitted a request. We lived at this apartment for a year and a half, and we only left because we moved to a house with a backyard.

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars out of 5 is due to our move-out experience. We were charged over $1000 in damages to the apartment, which we thought we left in pretty good shape. We felt very nickeled and dimed over what we considered normal wear and tear. They even charged us to repair a wall where they said we had wall-mounted tv (even though we didn't have a wall mounted tv). This all seemed like salt in the wound after my father's truck was stolen the property. Even with insurance, he was out about $20,000 to replace the truck and its contents. (To Pearl's credit, they did hire a security officer after this incident and they comped the use of the guest suite the next time my parents were in town (about a $700 value)).

So all that being said, we really enjoyed our time at Pearl, and I definitely recommend it."
