"My sister lived here for about two years and I visited quite often. The call up button never works so the tenant always has to come down. There’s only one elevator and it’s super janky and takes forever. The crowd here is sketchy and it always smells like weed. Do not recommend living here."

"I lived here almost 5 years. The only reason I had to leave was work. I absolutely loved staying here. Management was always incredibly helpful, responsive and understanding.
If I ever have to move in this area again I will never hesitate to come back.

"Our experience has been far from satisfactory due to several persistent issues.
**Power and Water Outages:** Every time there is a power outage, we lose water as well, often for several days until the power is restored. This is unbearable and unacceptable. The management must urgently install a generator or find a reliable solution to prevent such prolonged water shortages.
**Frequent Water Disconnections:** In addition to power-related water outages, the water supply is often disconnected for a day or sometimes more than two days. This has happened multiple times throughout the year, significantly disrupting our daily lives.
**Elevator Malfunctions:** The elevators frequently break down, forcing us to use the stairs, which is particularly inconvenient for residents living on higher floors.
**Parking Garage Issues:** Many doors to the parking garage are broken, and the doorstops don’t work, making them extremely loud. This is not only a nuisance but also a safety concern.
**Delayed Repairs:** When something breaks in the apartment, it takes an unreasonably long time to get it fixed. We end up losing essential functions for extended periods.
**Poor Air Conditioning:** The AC in the second-floor rooms is ineffective, making the air unbearably hot. Despite paying for these facilities, we do not receive the promised services.
**Customer Service:** The customer service is very poor. The staff is unresponsive and unwilling to resolve problems. There seems to be no effort to address or resolve any of the issues we face.
Living in these conditions is extremely challenging, and we hope that the management will take immediate action to resolve these problems."
"Elizabeth at the Pearl is absolutely amazing. I just relocated to Houston a few days ago. A native Washingtonian (DC) and lived in Dallas for two years. I love Houston and this is where I should have originally relocated too. I traveled to Houston and toured over 12 properties. The Pearl was my last stop and was not on my original list before heading back to Dallas. Elizabeth made room for me on her schedule to tour. She showed me two apartments. I fell in love with the 2 bedroom. It exceeded my expectation including size, amenities and location. Elizabeth walked me through the process and I immediately applied for the apartment that night. Elizabeth made sure all of my needs were met. She is very professional, inviting and has good energy. I highly recommend speaking with her if anyone is looking for a new apartment in the River Oaks. I am very happy with my choice and Kudos to Elizabeth for a job well done. She is truly a value-added to the Pearl of Midlane at River Oaks."
