"Location is great. Unfortunately management does not take care of living conditions, this is how we’ve been living for the last few months, with neighbors that will just leave all the trash outside their doors. We have brought this to management attention and gotten no reply at all. For the price of the rent, you would expect a lot more. One of the Only two electric car stations has been down for months."
"I have resided at this location for three years, and during this time, Pearl CityCentre employee Jennifer M. has consistently demonstrated exceptional service. Her dedication to addressing any needs and her welcoming, kind demeanor sets her apart. It is particularly noteworthy that she remembers resident names, which adds a personal touch to her outstanding support. "Apartment of Nightmare: A Cautionary Tale of Theft and Inaction at Pearl City Center.
I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at Pearl City Center. Claimed itself as a luxury apartment, high rent prices but poor management, lack of safety. My apartment was burglarized, resulting in the theft of numerous valuable items. To make matters worse, my car was tailgated, and despite reporting these incidents to the complex management, there has been a shocking lack of action or concern.
The security measures in place at this complex are woefully inadequate. The fact that my apartment could be broken into so easily is a clear indication that the safety and well-being of residents are not a priority. Moreover, discovering that my car was tailgated within the supposedly secure premises raises serious questions about the effectiveness of the security systems in place.
Equally disappointing is the response, or lack thereof, from the management team especially manager named STEPHANIE Despite reporting the incidents promptly, I have yet to see any meaningful action taken to address the security lapses or offer assistance in recovering my stolen belongings. The lack of communication and apparent indifference to the safety and security of residents is utterly unacceptable.
I strongly caution anyone considering living at Pearl City Center. The disregard for residents' safety, coupled with the ineffective management response, creates an environment that is far from secure or conducive to a positive living experience. I regret choosing this complex and hope that others can learn from my unfortunate experience."
