"I have lived here for 6 years and when I first moved in it was a really nice property and well kept up. Now the new property manager Nancy Reyes has done nothing to improve this property ..I have sent lots of emails to her telling her what needs to be addressed and she refuses to even answer my emails in a timely manner... She never walks the property to see what needs to be addressed! The front door gate has been broken for months anyone could just walk in and Rob any of the residents because the door is wide open.. I have told her about this and all she says is she's waiting for a part how long does a part take to get delivered??? The trees that fell from the hurricane which was only two trees she can't even have anyone come and pick that up so that it can look better!! She just doesn't seem to care and she doesn't put any effort ever since she came on board... Sadly if things do not change with the management. I will have to explore my options and it's a shame because I really did like living here!"
"No these apt not the best and official staff has a high turn over. Outside is trash but the price is good and the apt look cool. I do say bomb your apartment for roaches before you move in. Don’t sign your lease until you see the apt."
