"The best apartment for me in Katy, I have been move many place by followed with my job. And I can tell you here Parkside Grand parkway is super excellent for me.
Very excellent customer service. All the staff teams, Manager Theresa so very kind, concern, helpful to all the residents. And all the crews, maintenance very wonderful. I have been there for 3 yrs that place made my Home. I love it since the 1 st till last day I still missing them and that place

The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I need. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the facilities like the pool, gym, and lounge areas are top-notch. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to everything I need—shops, restaurants, and parks. My apartment is spacious with modern appliances, and the community feels very welcoming. "We lived at Parkside for about three years. The community is quiet and peaceful. The staff is very helpful. Theresa is an absolute ANGEL. She is the glue to this gem. She is always there when you need her and attends to any immediate issues immediately. She was always so sweet to my kids. The maintenance team is amazing, always on the GO! We had to sadly leave for work but we left knowing we could always come back to Parkside and it feel like home. Thank you Parkside."
"Can't believe it's almost been a year since we've moved here, time really does fly when you’re at peace. Before my girlfriend and I moved here, we left our previous apartment due to unlivable circumstances because of horrible neighbors and management issues. So, finding a new apartment was scary to say the least. I looked at multiple apartments, but as soon as I came here, I told my girlfriend this was the place for us. Our floor plan is nice and open with plenty of room, all real granite counter tops, matching stainless steel appliances, quiet and respectful neighbors, and best of all a management team that truly cares about its resident's comfort and peace of mind. If there are any issues at all, which are rare, they are handled immediately and professionally. I can't thank Theresa and the rest of the management team enough for all they do and the service they provide. This place feels like a home that has family members and friends who will happily do what they can to take care of our needs. My girlfriend and I will be here till we find our forever home and let's just say we're in no rush to leave. Thanks again Parkside Grand Parkway and staff, ya'll truly are a blessing!"
