"I enjoy staying here I love the apartment and I love the staff. Mrs. Ashley helped me with my moved in and she was very nice. I also had a small maintenance issue with my apartment but was fixed right away."
"The Olympus Sierra Pines apartments are very great.The atmosphere too the friendly staff is awesome to have. They're very responsive, friendly and serve their community. They make the atmosphere on the complex great. The amenities on-site are awesome. I love the pool, enjoy the twenty four hour fitness center and locked mailroom. The only downside to the mail room is it can be disorganized from the carriers. The complex is pet friendly, and most of the residents are super friendly and nice. Parking Is spacious and you really won't have to worry about finding a spot late at night, Their complex is also very well lit at night."

"***PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU ARE LOUD, MESSY, AND TRIFLING*** This complex is quiet, maintenance comes within a day or two, they are actively keeping the grounds and pool clean. I wish the fire pits at the pool were working again. I feel cared for here, and DON'T YOU COME AND MESS UP MY PEACE WITH YOUR FOOLISHNESS OR YOUR TRIFLING GUESTS! There's only two things that annoy me, when other residents just throw their trash anywhere but in the damn dumpster, and the new management emailing us 3+ times a week on little stuff. The units are very quiet. In January 2024, we did have a break-in our garage and thieves stole tires and many cars were on blocks, but that's the only incident I've experienced. I was told by older residents that a few years past and the same thing occurred. Overall, I don't feel unsafe here. This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived."
"First and foremost, the apartment assistant manager Jeannine is incredibly responsive and proactive. Any maintenance issues or concerns brought to her attention are addressed promptly and efficiently. Whether it's a minor repair or a more significant issue, they always ensure that maintenance staff are on top of it, which contributes greatly to the overall comfort and satisfaction of residents. Jeannine is also approachable and attentive to residents' needs. They are always willing to listen to feedback and suggestions, actively seeking ways to improve amenities and services offered."
