"If you’re looking for the top 10 worst apartments to live in spring branch this is it! There’s a lot of thieves running around here breaking into other peoples vehicles, it’s so bad it feels like a gta server tbh. The parking lot has potholes so bad that it threw off the alignment off my truck and the cockroaches are crazy here. All in all avoid coming here it’s for your own safety."

"This place will tow your vehicle, even with a parking sticker. They do not honor their own stickers & do not care about their residents property. Water pressure also sucks! When u try to call the office it goes to a busy signal. No one ever answers the phone.Im also adding that they do not know how to talk to people without being rude. The pool was open; then they told everyone they needed to leave and they were calling the cops on everyone at the pool for their mistake. That was uncalled for."
