"Update they have repaired the toilet and tub in one bathroom and the wall outside the bathroom, painted the water stains, Contractor has not repair floor ...3/6/25 ... My daughter has been staying here for 1 years and 3 months. The new manager promise to repair what the previous management did not finish if she renewed her least. It's have been well over 7 months now. The property has had over 3 or 4 managers. The contractor came in October of 2023. To replace both tubs and toilets. Both tubs and toilet are still incomplete. Roll out tile is not attached it roll up, toilet both shake. You can see under both tubs. Behind one of the bathroom doors is a patch where they stop the leak but did not repair it. Water stain on the wall where it flooded. Toilet continue to run 24/7. PLEASE IF ANYBODY CAN HELP PLEASE... !!! She just wants her repairs done. The last picture is how the contractor left it and never returned back in October/2023."
"The mgr will lie to you. She is rude & not a good person. She just sits in the office with her door closed watching movies on her phone. The maintanance is lazy and majority of the problems is due to bad maintanance & a manager that thinks she is above all but does nothing to improve the property.They don't fix anything . They say they will come fix things but never do. Emergency maintanance is advertised but don't exist ..The laundry room is disgusting .The old furniture at the dumpster is infested with bugs & attracts rats....Multiple maintanance request have not been done in my mom's apartment. The only thing good is the zoned schools & school bus service is provided by AISD."
"Very misleading I called several times Friday finally got an answer saying I was approved with conditions cool stopped by Saturday and the older black lady was for starters too comfortable like she was at home watching movies very nonchalant and ghetto. They denied the app saying we made too much which is a lie ?. Y'all gotta do better and get trained better"
"From the moment I walked into the office til I moved into my apartment management and her whole team has been very attentive and helpful, I highly recommend. Definitely was my first choice hands down ?. Pool is always open since I been here for a few days but my sister has been here since 2019 an she said its new management that's doing great, idk but I love it here."
"It's miserable living here...Management office is unorganized & incompetent.
Maintanance came to fix one thing but broke another and flooded my apartment.HOT water didnt work for 2 weeks.There is trash everywhere, its dirty & its disgusting! Dumpsters are always over filled.Multiple Mail box locks are broken,major ROACH & bug infestation!
It's pitch black at night because multiple lights dont work on the property & street lights on Beechnut don't come on.Its scary & dark especially at night.Some of the Neighbors are loud.
Don't move here unless it's your last option."
"They not clean roaches everywhere hole in the tub they just do not do their job and apt 3104 is the one with the hole and I can just say that they paste it up and did not replace it so if there’s water going into the bedroom, that’s the problem"
"Wish I could give them a 0, I been living here for a month & lastnight around 10pm my pipe busted in my bathroom & it’s water everywhere, called the Maintenance emergency line for me to get the machine & nobody called me back until 4:52am, so I had to call 911 for them to come help assist they had to cut off the water in my entire building, everything in my crib is messed up & it’s 7:36 & still nobody has been here yet my entire house is filled with water & I’m ready to break my lease & get the hell up out of here what a Nightmare thank god I’ve renter’s insurance, but they act like it’s not an emergency when it really is, now they wanna take there precious time to fix my stuff but the tile is coming up & it’s very wet & moist under all the tile as well, they need to Condemn the entire complex if they can’t get it together!!"

"Literally the worst apartment in Houston. I’m so glad I’m not the only one with problems because the management and the maintenance IS TRASH!! We reported several incidents in our apartment and they only show up when we go up there and tell them something. I shouldn’t have to go up there and tell them to do their job and when we call them it will go straight to voicemail. We even had to fix our own light because they wouldn’t come like it be the most simplest stuff that they can’t fix so we have to, ALSO one of their “maintenance” broke our glass cover for our washer and they still hadn’t done nothing about that."
