"Worst place ever. Filled with roaches, rats, and even bedbugs it’s disgusting. Management is horrible you enter maintenance request and no one ever comes in to fix your issues. There’s literal mold in the apartments that is never taken care of. Management stole money from us and tried forcing us to pay extra for deposit when we had already payed and had the proof for it too. Had a hole in my ceiling from some form of leakage that was never fixed and it just keeps getting bigger. You better wish that someone doesn’t break into your car too. There’s always cars getting broken into even if there’s nothing in sight. Also hopefully you have a washer in your apartment or you’re going to have trouble washing in the complex since half the time the washers aren’t even working."
"The office staff has always been helpful and friendly. If any issues arise, they address them right away. I just referred a co-worker and she will be moving in soon. I give them a thumbs up."
"Been residing in this complex for many years. Some residents don’t like to follow rules and they get upset. Everyone has an opinion. I can not complain. Leasing staff always nice and friendly."
"Five months ago I left an excellent review. Today 07/15/2024 I cannot say the same regarding the attention to reports of damage and maintenance of the apartments.
Four times I have reported the same problem. which is becoming more serious every time and until today, 07/15/2024, the problem has not been resolved. The administrative office has five-star service, but the maintenance office has terrible service and attention to residents."
