"I love it here! Dallas was very communicative when doing my application process. The rest of the office ladies are so king and informative. Maintenance resolves work orders on time and leave notes when they enter. ALSO during hurricane the office was helping by making it a cool zone and offering the community food and drinks! Text and email notifications are always on point. I’m happy ?"
"The manager Dallas discriminates against disabled adults. My nephew didn’t get his SSI check because of an issue with the mail. The judge left it to the managers discretion to accept their money late and she is choosing to evict them. They have always paid the rent and cause zero problems."
"Great place , maintenance is quick to fix any problems, leasing office people are great understanding and helpful . I had a 2 bedroom upstairs I enjoyed it but my job transferred me had to move on."
"Good morning, Tipton group, I would like to share my positive feedback about Mallard Creek apartments. The complex has a wonderful atmosphere and a friendly community of residents. I also appreciate the excellent service of the leasing group, especially Dallas, who was very welcoming and helpful when I first visited the apartments. However, I have one concern that I hope you can address. I noticed that there are no cameras at the gates for incoming and outgoing traffic. This could pose a security risk, as some people may enter the complex without authorization by following other vehicles. I suggest that you install cameras at the gates to provide an extra layer of protection for the tenants. Thank you for your attention and your efforts to make Mallard Creek apartments a wonderful place to live."
"Absolutely in love with the property. Deseray provided a magnificent costumer care at the time of signing all the paperwork. I walk around the property every night with my family and it’s very quiet, very clean, and all the lighting makes it feel safe while walking. Restaurants, grocery stores, and my daughter’s school are very close which is a big plus+. My 2 bedroom is incredible spacious and the gym is fabulous. Maintenance is the best. They are very friendly and attentive. I Highly recommend this property, and I’m looking forward to live here for a very very long time. Thank you!"
