Chris helped me on move in day and provided all the necessary information for a smooth move in. The property is well kept, quiet and offers outstanding amenities to its residents. Amazing experience after staying more than 5 months now. Everything was top-notch with nothing but high-end treatment and amazing experience. Bailey, the customer service was an amazing leasing specialist. Chris, from the leasing office, is very helpful, and the maintenance team is always responsive and addresses all issues promptly. Highly recommend the place."
"My wife and I moved in from out of town in May and have been nothing but happy with our apartment and the sense of community here. The entire staff are both friendly and professional. They actually appreciate it when you report issues (fast and efficient with the resident maintenance portal) and most of them are addressed within one day.
In addition to the facility, the community hosts great events, the most recent of which was a lovely Christmas party. The club house was decorated beautifully and the food and festivities were amazing. Food, music, and socializing with community members really makes for a great holiday party. Thanks to the staff for maintaining such a wonderful place to live."

Complex is very scenic with a lake that goes around the property and a pond with a bridge. Also there are turtles and ducks!!. It feels more like a little community rather than an apartment complex. I love it here. All the neighbors are super sweet too."
"if i didn’t HAVE to move, i would live here forever. this was my absolute favorite place to live. everything about living here is amazing. from great management to the families of ducks that live at the community pond. the catch & release fishing was so much fun for my kids. access to 2 pools 24/7, 365 is unmatched! no other apt complex in the area offers this. maintenance is always readily available. always very kind & respectful. the community stays clean & is always very quiet & peaceful. Miranda, the manager, is by far the nicest apartment manager i’ve ever met. she is always so friendly, always has a smile on her face & always, ALWAYS goes out of her way to help in any way she can.
the 24/7 security guard shack was one of my favorite things about living here. knowing that nobody can just pop up at my door & not having to deal with soliciting is a huge positive to living here. i will definitely miss my favorite guard shack ladies & seeing a smile on their face every time i come home. i absolutely would recommend living here!!"
