"We relocated from the UK due to work commitments. We've lived here for over a year now and love it. The ladies in the office are more than helpful and the maintenance crew are fantastic. The open areas are kept clean. We find it a nice friendly place to live."
"Prepare to have your wheels stolen, your car, your tools , anything valuable in or even your vehicle . Gate is opened with app so it’s obviously an inside job . Several neighbors had the same incident happen to them . Office doesn’t install security cameras or even have security , given they’re so overpriced ."
"I am a proud new resident of the apartment complex. I am simply amazed at the hospitality, professionalism, and quick action Kandis and staff have shown. They helped answer every question and concern we had. They also were able to work on our application extremely fast.
The apartments maintence is great as well. The grass is always clean and well taken care of. There are always enough parking spots for all residents. Residents care for the community and dont liter. Not to mention the layouts of the apartment and how spacious everything feels. We can't picture living anywhere else, and we're glad we found these apartments. I would highly recommend anyone to check this place out."
"I’ve lived here over 10 years and I’ve always thought that the maintenance crew has always done an amazing job. Their work has always been top-notch. I love their professionalism and their friendliness. They’re quick to respond and they get the job done."
"This is amongst the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. There is one tiny swimming pool for over 150 families. One closet size workout room which has broken equipment. There is no playground for children with families. The rent payment processing is expensive to residents with fees. The gates are usually broken and good luck trying to get someone if the gates are broken after hours.
They have added a new payment process for rent. Why do they need access to your account transactions, balances, charges and other personal information about your spending? I don't understand that? This type of companies thrive on retrieving information that is irrelevant to them and are completely incapable of securing that information. But why do they need access to that type of information in the first place? This goes to show their incompetence in managing personal information. The ACH payment should just be to validate information and accept payment from the bank. Why do you need complete access to financial records?"
"Alberto is always so nice & he does a great job with his work. Very knowledgeable & hardworking. He recently changed out my old, broken refrigerator for a new one & I appreciate it."
"I had back surgery and needed special supplies for my apartment for recovery. Maintenance was very helpful in replacing the items and even ordering the shower bar and putting in as soon as it arrived."
