"Loved the property when Johanna was in office. new management is very unprofessional, will violate your renters rights. Have reached out to corporate office several times about unprofessional behavior regarding management. No response. Lied to the new apartments I was moving to, told them I was evicted when I wasn’t. Lost my application and admin fee. Very negative and evil people, I honestly wish I NEVER moved here. I will pray for the women working in that office."
"I have lived here for almost a year prior to the new manager & ast manager Nakia our apartment and the property was severely neglected. When they took over positive changes went into effect immediately. The staff has brought nothing short of amazing changes to the property and they our compassionate, professional and outstanding professionals."
"They used to be amazing until Mrs. Joanna left now they are not worth the rent gym and pool was has been closed sense the 3rd week of June. They lost be back soon only to never return & with rainy days you'd have no luck with seeing them at the office"
"my apartment cool but if you think management is going to help with anything theirs a lot of neighbors fighting loud animals i been having issues with my upstairs neighbors a month i’ve recorded them showed videos nothing was done they just look at you stupid even if the police called because their lazy barely be in the office talking on phones and not attending to their residents my cousin lived here years ago and this complex was so nice now all the garages a different color it’s trash every where it’s loud and ghetto the office staff ghetto it’s just a shame cooperate definitely needs to stop by and get someone else to look into what’s going on here rent to high to not be able to sleep and live comfortably"
"I have lived at Lakeview Estates for a while. I had a washing machine malfunction that could have caused serious flooding and damage to my unit. I would like to thank Ms. Joanna for her immediate response. She contacted her maintenance guy, Mr Juan Carlos and he provided very efficient, professional customer service. I would recommend someone here, for a quiet place to live. Thank you so much Ms. Joanna. You are a wonderful asset to our property. I’ve been her 16 years and it is very refreshing to have you as our manager."
