"This is an update to Kimberley Parkside. Things in this complex have gone from bad to worse. This complex is not safe anymore
Someone broke the Amazon locker screen, there is a lot of vandalism to the cars, there is still no landscaping, trash and dog poop we everywhere. Kids running and screaming all the time playing football in the parking lot and hitting the cars. No security at all.
Management says not their problem and I can call the police. I do not recommend anyone moving here. The place that was once a great place to live is now a sh-- hole.
The cleaning of the trash is sooʻ much better. I posted the dumpsters that are clean with no trash except 1 and it was completely full.

have lived here for 3 years. I love these Apts. The grounds are kept clean.The staff's friendly. They recently put in a dog park, area to relax, fitness center,and business center.There is a great park across the street.
Now we have new management and the place is a mess. Apparently they don't clean on weekends. Trash everywhere. Old management cleaned everyday. Forget about months without hot water."
"I’ve been living at Kimberley Parkside for over 4 years. I really love the community and the improvements they have made thus far. Corinna is a God send. She is always super helpful and has wonderful customer service. I would definitely refer and recommend these townhomes to anyone who is looking. They are very spacious, modern and in a convenient location."
"They are scammers. I lived in the complex for two years and they are thieves. They took my deposit and stole it. When you leave the house, they leave the door of the apartment open. There are strange people who do not have a home. They enter the house and smoke and ruin the cleanliness of the house. I was deducted $1,000. I do not recommend renting in this house. I have videos of when I told my friends to make sure the door was open or closed and it was open."
"First I must say, making a decision to relocate was hard until I met Corinna.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for making my transition easier as she kept updating me on the progress of my application and most of all the welcome I received when I entered the apartment after signing and receiving the keys.

"I lived here from 7 years before and I was very happy during my experience from 2012 to 2019 and the maintenance and management was excellent but I needed to move out of the State from job purpose and now decided to move back to this community since I expected the same tranquility due location, the size of the space, close by everything, the differential with the pool, the park in front of, the tennis court but it was very frustrated. The Townhouse they offered me have a lot of issues. I rented, paid and couldn't bring my stuff for more than 3 months because a lot of repairs needed to be done and pest control for weeks and I have and sent a lot of emails and pictures to prove. They compensated us with a month discount on the rental but some issues were fixed but others continue to waiting for repairs. The finishing of the walls, cabinets, doors, painting and floors are bad. The pool is always close without any notice and this one of the reason I like to live here. I love to swim and exercise. Guest and relatives parking everywhere without any respect, principally when they have a party. My floor and bedroom ceiling have yellow spots from water leaks from outside. The maintenance came and said that it is OK. I am very unsatisfied with my back to this community. I love the place but I am not sure if it was a good choice. I am still have a hope I could call this place my home since we always can change our mind but not depends on me. I know the complex is old but the new management needs to give more attention for good tenants like us that could find a different place but chose to come back."
