"I just want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to the incredible team at Kendall Manor. The new Property Manager, Seneaca Martin, and his amazing Assistant Property Manager have truly transformed the complex in such a short time. Their dedication and hard work are evident in the many improvements they’ve already made, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the community and making it a better place for everyone.
I’ve personally seen the positive changes they’ve brought, and it’s no exaggeration to say that they are the best thing the company has hired. Their leadership and commitment are making a real difference, and I can’t wait to see what other great things they have in store for Kendall Manor. We are lucky to have them!"
"Visiting the property, like its quiet neighborhood location and yet so close to I-45 freeway and Hardy Tollway. It made it easy to go north to The Woodlands fast."
"I am holding the front door of the apartment I live in. Nothing has been done here. But they want your money. The dishwasher hasn’t worked well in months. Thank God I have my own washer and dryer. Nothing is ever fixed. Gates never work at all. I’ve seen the pizza man get killed here also. And I have been here 7 years. Bad management!!!"
"We just moved in and upon move in I walked the apartment and found so many things wrong with the apartment it was filthy appliances and all. My master bathroom floor has black stains on it it smells moldy counter tops in restrooms and kitchen need to be resurfaced doors don't close some don't latch oh and don't get me started on the carpet they should have replaced those it's all a big mess I'm still waiting for someone to come and fix All of this they knew we where moving in to this apartment they had 3 weeks to get it ready and Everytime they said it was ready and the day after we moved in the ac unit went out and now it's been over a week since we have had ac she said it would be either this Tuesday or Wednesday but still nothing. Front office never answers the phone you literally have to go into the office to even speak to someone. This is unacceptable I would not recommend these apartments to anyone if I could give a zero I would"
"!!!!!Horrible staff!!!!! First they had me working with someone that's they let go because they were sick and had doctors excuses to prove it... and never reached out to me amd when they did they went back on the move in special that was offered to me. One employee called me and before she identified herself said 'I wanna know what we're doing here!'. So I asked who she was and what she was calling about. She told her manger that I was rude by asking that. When I went up there to sign my lease they were in a meeting as they usually are and they had a temp in the office who couldn't access any information or answer any questions I had. I called back the next day and the manager said I was rude to his employees because I was frustrated that I can never get ahold of anyone and told me I need to find somewhere else to live. I'm glad I didn't get the apt after reading all these reviews! The team is trash. Do t waste your time of money!!!!!"
