"The location is great. It’s close enough to the City if you want to do anything there. But it’s far enough away to avoid any of the City’s problems. The rent is also excellent for the apartment size I got. But most of all, the customer service is excellent. At the last few apartments around Houston where I’ve lived, the customer service was sorely lacking. It makes all the difference in the world to have understanding and attentive property managers like the ones I found here."
