"The staff is amazing. They are so helpful and always go out of there way to help. The lady in the front and the lady in the office next to the gentleman are always smiling and greeting me when I walk in. I had an issue and they both did so much to help and stuck with me until it was finished. The office is busy so I am grateful that they take the time to help. The property is quiet and clean. The maintenance men are professional and get the work done. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend living here. Very Happy!"
"Hailey is the Best. Always smiling and helpful. Maintenance team is prompt with any issues. They are old apartments so stuff happens, the important thing is things get fixed very fast. No major issues to note so far living here."
"Living here was not terrible, however, they are refusing to help us make a final payment. They were so upset with me for early terminating a lease because I got a job in another state, that they didn’t even bother to send move out instructions. Never asked for my forwarding address. We have no way of paying final expenses and I can tell they’re doing this so they can screw me out of even more money.
Oh, and they told me I should have lied so I wouldn’t have to pay an extra $1000 to move out on top of the 2 months rent I will be paying, despite my lease being up in 2 months. You are causing us so many unnecessary issues. We want to pay. YOU JUST WONT LET US

Grounds look ok, some improvement need. Maintenance staff is very efficient, very friendly and care. The wife and I planning to sta right here!"
"I have lived in this community for three years and have enjoyed the experience. The pool is open year round, the gym is always clean, the parcel locker box is a secure way for the community to get delivery with peace of mind. The maintenance response is always timely as well as the office staff. I would definitely spend another three years here with ease."
