"As a mother of two very young children, with a husband who works all week, life can be quite challenging. Recently, we ran into an issue with renewing our lease, and I found it overwhelming to complete the large amount of paperwork required. When I went to the leasing office, Deidre Evans immediately understood my situation and reassured me, saying, "Don't worry, I'll take care of everything." True to her word, she handled everything quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail, lifting a huge burden off my shoulders.
Deidre Evans’ kindness, patience, and expertise turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and manageable process. I genuinely don’t know how to thank her enough, but I hope this review expresses just how much I appreciate her incredible support and dedication. "Very poor communication. Hard to get a hold of someone on the phone or returned phone calls. It takes a month to hear something back or updates? Can't even get a move in date or talk to someone. Only qhen they decide to email. Very unprofessional and never dealt with incompetent leasing person. 3rd party is worthless once they get your 150 dallor application fee."
"Unit infested with Mold and uninhabitable. Have contacted onsite management for two days and no remedy. I have had to relocate to a hotel out of fear for my health. I have called and left multiple messages to both the on-site office, Portico management, on call emergency service and Nothing! I have opened multiple tickets that show reviewed but nothing has been done. This is not safe and since I have lived here the upkeep and responsiveness to issues has declined. I would not recommend living here and if you are a current resident please check you vents and personal belongings. See the attached photos of all the mold over not only the structure but my personal belongings."
"I love it here!!! The apartment is great perfect size for me. The management and staff are so unbelievably sweet and helpful. I feel safe here and they have been super accommodating for any concerns. They helped a ton getting my app processed in time and also just on the whole have been amazing since I moved in a couple of months ago."
"We were highly impressed with this apartment! I loved that it's an actual apartment that rents out like a hotel room. It's right across from the NRG Center. The apartment we stayed in had been renovated recently. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. I like that you get your own key fob to get into the parking garage. The cable and internet wasn't working for the first couple days we stayed, but I think that was because it was just hooked up but not actually set up. It got fixed and all was well. Overall, we will definitely stay again!"
