"Haven at Highland Knolls has been my home for the past 6 years, the location is beautiful from across the park, and it allows you to do many activities. The apartment styles are gorgeous and everybody that works in the leasing office is very helpful and friendly, if maintenance is ever called they are very quick and efficient .The apartment complex is always clean, has a good gym and a good pool as well. Also there is lots of convenient places around that you can walk to safely like the schools, and a supermarket nearby. As well as food places and a coffee shop. I enjoy living at Haven at Highland Knolls and don't have any intentions to move soon."
"Would definitely recommend. Christi and Helen are super helpful and we have had no complaints since being here. The maintenance men also work hard to keep it clean and nice. Valet trash, elevator, and quiet neighbors. Nothing more you could ask for in an apartment!"
"I been living here for a couple of years and I love it! It’s always been quiet and peaceful here! Helen and Christi are the best !! There was a situation where I thought someone was trying to break into my apartment. Helen and Christi were at my door in minutes with the police in route. I cant say enough about the community they help create here!!"

"I been here for 6 months and I’ve been renting for the last 5 years but this place is so awesome the office is respectful, understanding in all aspects of management. The maintenance are so punctual to follow any orders. The scenery is viewing the Nottingham Trail Park, behind a Walmart and Epiphany catholic school and church close to HEB & many more businesses most important Close to all Katy ISD Schools come to see yourself I promised you love it."
