"This is the best ran apartment complex in the area. It is well kept. Maintenance is quick and always available. The office staff (Gayla and Destiny) will go above and beyond to assist in whatever way they can. We have been residents here for almost 10 years and we have never had a major issue."
"Great community to live in. Quiet and very clean complex. Outstanding maintenance crew always there to help! Office staff outstanding as well. "I appreciate the office staff at Harbour Bay. I esp appreciate Ms Rachel as she has been in the office for the entire length of my residency at HBA! She is always so kind to check and make sure my maintenance requests have been handled. Maintenance is usually pretty quick about getting to requests. The apartment complex, in general, is relatively quiet. The pool is typically clean in the summer. I wish they could move some of the trash bins further away from the apartments. But other than that, it is a great place to live. I’ve lived here almost two years. And I’ve been pleased. They even reduced my rent for a month when I was having AC problems during the summer. They worked with me until my AC was completely fixed. I appreciate them so much! They have many monthly resident incentives…. Bingo, crawfish boils, snacks in the office, Christmas gift wrap station, etc, etc. Always something fun for the residents. Use me as a reference when you register to live here. I’ll split the referral money with you!! ?"
"This is the best place I have lived, Destiny and Gayla have gone above and beyond for my family after a bad experience at another complex. It’s clean, the maintenance staff are fast and efficient, and we haven’t had one issue since moving here in 2015. Highly recommend!!!!"
