"I've been living here for almost a year and it's a great place!! The staff are so nice and always ready to help and assist with any issues. Jeanie and Nancy are super friendly! The grounds are neat and well maintained. It is peaceful and quiet most nights, and it's still close to all the stores and businesses in Conroe."
"The comunity is Amazing! Nothing but great experiences from Gladstell. They even helped me get my internet service (optimum with Rashad) and I was aided within days with that service! I feel so welcome, at peace and taken care of both by the comunity and the services they provide! This was a mayor blessing!"

Super clean kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces with all new carpet !
Pet friendly, on-site laundry, ample parking, and a full pool.
The office staff and maintenance guys were friendly and rightly proud of their wonderful, yet modest, set of apartments.
We are thrilled to have one of our family staying with their family.

"I moved here last weekend, referred to by a close friend, and honestly this place is a hidden gem. It's older but quiet and quaint, if you enjoy simple living and kind staff, this place is for you. The Neighbors are quiet and friendly. People keep to themself and the grounds are kept clean. The parking is not bad at all! Carlos the maintence guy introduced himself as I was moving in, and he was quick to fix a couple simple things I needed fixed, he is also very kind. Nancy and Jeannie are the ladies who run this place and I can't say enough good things about their friendly demeanors and how welcome they make you feel. There's a reason why this place keeps long term tenants because it's such decent, simple place but yet the apartments are still nice. If you don't need a million useless amenities, and enjoy rent that is fair priced, this place is for you."
"It’s real quiet here. Older apartments but I’ve lived here for two years and I have never had any problems with crime or suspicious activity and the interior of apartments are really nice for the age.
Maintenance is really good about getting down to root of problems if they arise. The office management here is awesome. They really do treat you like family.
Recently went through an exterior remodel and I have to say it sure did give the place a face lift.
Only issue I’ve ever had is the flooding of the walkways. Bring your rain boots"
"I moved in a year ago and I have been seriously impressed with the great management and maintenance staff! They are top notch for sure. I call for something simple and it is fixed asap even if I say it’s not urgent. The complex is quiet and neighbors are friendly and pets are kept nicely. It is older but nicely updated and being constantly updated and maintained down the parking area! I highly recommend!"
"I have lived here going on 3 years and about to sign another year! Jeanine is the absolute best!!! Nancy is extremely professional as well and these ladies get stuff done!! I have had very minimal complaints and issues and they get resolved or fixed ASAP!!! This will be the last apartment complex I live in and I recommend it to all my friends! You just have to be fast Bec they are so amazing they are always full!!"
