"BEWARE!!!!
Look at all the bad reviews like I just did and rent at your own risk!
It's true that the office managers are very rude when it comes to anything they don't want to help you with (even if you talk to them calmly and collected, I have proof).
They WILL tow your vehicles for reasons that are not justifiable. For example, when my girlfriend first moved in, they failed to let her know that she could only park head in or would be towed. They also didn't have any signs specifically stating that (now they do and you can still see where they took off the old signs that ONLY said you could park with a permit and nothing about not parking in reverse). So they towed her car about 6 days into her lease and said they couldn't do anything about it because everyone knows you couldn't park in reverse. Obviously, she didn't know or else wouldn't have done it. So my girlfriend let the matter go.
1 year later, the car gets towed again, and this time, they say it's because the license plate was wrong in the system. We argued that it couldn't have been wrong for an entire year, and just now the car gets towed especially since the tow truck comes by every night and slowly inputs all the vehicles license plates to see if they have a permit to park here. They brushed everything off and said they couldn't do anything about it even if it was a mistake. So basically, even if we live here and pay rent on time and a mistake is made while inputting the plate on the system, they refused to call the tow company to let them know a mistake was made and to release the vehicle because we do have a right to park here. Makes you wonder if the office personnel is receiving a cut from all the vehicles being towed. Especially given the fact that when we talked to our neighbors they said the same thing has happened to them.
I could go on with other matters but it would take a while. For example, they take cash payments for certain things like if you lose your mailbox key. They tell you to bring them ten dollars cash for a new one. Or if you need a change done in your leasing contract like adding someone or removing someone from the contract. They'll say they need payment for that but it has to be cash. We now know that that's illegal!

"We have rented here for over 11 years. This property is very well maintained and the response to any appliance or other random issues has never been over 24 hours. All the staff have been here many years. The residents are diverse and very family oriented, lots of children and teens, schools and high schools right in the neighborhood.There is a park adjacent to the property and an additional large park within walking distance. The pool on the property is busy with kids and families in the summer with lots of outdoor grilling going on. Sally and Patty, the property managers are available during office hours and have always been eager to offer any professional assistance when needed. They definitely have an open door policy… This is a gated family community where towing of unauthorized vehicles is strictly enforced. Though not a new property, we have been pretty happy here. Many nice working class families have been here as long or longer than we have been here. Oh-and pet friendly too!"
"Patricia the property manager and sally office assistant are very professional very friendly. have never had an issue with them always willing to help/ get your issue resolved. Maintenance orders are taking care of at an efficient time. nice property to live in."
"Rent for 2 bedroom was actually not bad Sally is helpful ,maintenance also parking u have ur own assigned and visitors gone by 9:50 or so or will be towed even if u live there and u have a new car they will take it if it's not in system about the only thing I hated was the towing here"
