"Was recommended to tour today and did not disappoint. Property was nicely set up from office, library, pool, apartment and OMG the courtyard. Definitely can see myself hosting a bbq with friends. Ask for Keisha and tell her for the grand tour. She’ll take you on the golf cart."
"Read the reviews ! I never give bad reviews but after my experience i had to speak up. I applied almost a month ago and it took them up until 3 days before my move in date to deny me. When i applied she couldnt even tell me when the apartment would be ready or how much the move in fees might cost. I had been calling to check my application status and Kierra told me a different thing everytime we talked or kept pushing the blame on something else. First it was they were waiting for my rental verification (which she miss spelled the email address so they had to call her and make sure she sent it correctly) they got that back the same day then they were waiting for apartments i never lived in to respond to the rental verifications. Then told me i was denied for something that happened 10 years ago but kept telling me it happened in 2021 when i have court documents proving it was 10 years ago. In between this Kierra kept reassuring me that she didnt think there was any reason i would be denied just for me to end up denied. Im a single mom and they wasted so much of my time and money."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE! Read my full review plz. Place is not safe or clean. Gates always open. Trash including a dirty diaper in the parking lot. Tenants drying clothes on their patios. Saw a dude walking a big pit bull. Asked a nice couple if they liked living here, they said, no. Management ignores you, stuff gets stolen, paper thin walls with LOTS of noise and they live on top floor.
You can tell the best reviews are fake. Just read 2 that are cut and paste identical copies. Went with my mom and Henry who took us, I noticed Henry wrote one of the fake reviews on here. That’s dishonest. This place is super expensive, too. AVOID!"
"Do not, I repeat do not rent from them!!! They will make it seem like you're approved and they have special while in actuality they are only trying to get your money to deny you! $1100 down the drain. They will not refund my money all because I was denied! Please do not waste your money with them! They don't do second chance they just rack up pointless fees for you to pay."
"Let me start off by saying WOW!!! If you want to be happy, come home to your oasis at Gateway at Cypress Creek Apartments. As soon as you walk into the Leasing Office you will be greeted with a smile. This place is amazing!!! Stephanie is absolutely phenomenal!!!! She will work with you to find your perfect apartment and her happy vibe is very contagious. Marisol will do everything she can to make you happy as well. They strive for the best and accomplish it!!! Maintenance (Bryson) goes above and beyond to do anything and everything to help out and keep everything running smooth…. They all have an amazing disposition! Come live your best life here!! You won’t be disappointed!!! ❤️?❤️?"
