"I moved in a couple of months ago and I have no complaints. I read all the reviews prior to moving in and of course I was a little skeptical however, I’ve had nothing but a great experience and let me tell you why! Maintenance, super nice as I see them regularly talking to the tenants and they are always working. Neighbors are nice and one lady even offered me an extra dolly to help move my furniture and a huge thing is that parking is not an issue at all. I suggest you look at apartments.com instead of Google to see verified actual tenant’s reviews. It’s quiet and the grounds a kept up constantly. At times I feel I’m the only one living here I kid you not. It’s an apartment, nothing is perfect but they strive to give you the best quality product you can have and accommodate in every way. I’m proud to say I live here."
"I fell in love with the plants this apartments had before the freeze a few years ago. Really the first complex I looked at and decided to be my first apartment after so many beautiful scenery. Now is not the same, sadly.
Also there was a security guard before and now there is no one around that gives that secure environment. There has not been much worry but missed the feeling that at night we had protection.
Water sometimes is off or with a smelly smell but very rare so no bother since after running it goes away.
My neighbor is a weed smoker and sadly I have brought the attention to him and management but nothing is being resolved. I just get told that they don’t have control what people do in their home! Been with a smelly apartment for years now.
The good things about this place is the maintenance crew they are quick and efficient! I like the pool also and jacuzzi!
By the way can’t have to many ppl in the pool so no pool parties!"
"If you thinking of renting here there are some things you should consider:
-Parking is limited to the point where you as a tenant might not have a right to a spot since not labeled. Visitors parking are only 10 spots where people leave second cars for ever or hard to find a spot in afternoons. Street parking is available but same it gets full quickly and you risk getting the car wrecked (which has happened to me in the last 4years I been here twice)
-there is no security meaning they won’t take any liability if someone breaks in or does damage to your property which happened to me this month inside the garage where supposedly only tenants have access to open gate at 2am! Apartments didn’t care to even notify other tenants about the situation
-you risk being next to a person that smoke weed or creates a lot of noise at night and they don’t care to do anything about it since is apparently policy
-when renewing there is increase in amount and small changes to the apartment
-water smells bad often
-overall appearance has decreased with dead or no color plants
-towing is enforced so $300 minimum
-people steal your Amazon packages and apartments won’t help with camera footage that supposedly work"
"Convenient location. Great office staff. A hidden gem. What more can I ask for? Property feels like home. It's quiet and the perks of living here are nice."
"Galleria is absolutely the best place to call home! Management really resolves complaints and issues quickly! Maintenance cares for the property like no other place I’ve ever seen! It is a great place to live and for your pets! The pool and hot tub are maintained and wonderful. We love the barbecue grill area as well! Such a great community to come home to!"
