"I’ve lived here for over a year now, and it’s been an amazing experience. The amenities are amazing, from the pool to the gym. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to any requests, and the office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The grounds are always clean, and I love how quiet and peaceful it is, even though it’s so close to great shopping and restaurants. The units themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live"
"This is a really good place to live. I'm glad to be living in this dog-friendly community. Moving in was a speedy process. The staff at Fox Bridge North quelled my anxiety as a first-time renter. I arrived to inquire about living here, and I ended up with the keys to a new apartment the next day! There's a beautiful young lady by the name of Victoria who was especially helpful."
"I recently moved into Fox Bridge North, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The property is absolutely stunning, with a resort-style pool that feels like a vacation every day. The expansive sundeck and beautiful landscaping create such a peaceful atmosphere.
The amenities are top-notch; the fitness center is the best I’ve seen in any apartment complex. There’s a great selection of cardio equipment and weights, plus the Fitness On Demand interactive options in the Yoga/Spin Studio are fantastic!
What really sets this place apart, though, is the management team. Winston has been especially helpful and attentive, ensuring that my move-in process was smooth and hassle-free. He genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to address any concerns.
If you’re looking for a comfortable and vibrant community in Spring, TX, I highly recommend Fox Bridge North. Come for the beautiful apartments, and stay for the amazing community!"
"Yesterday I came to visit these apartments.
Victoria showed me around and was very sweet!
Winston also was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed.
All around great experience and very professional!
They made my moving experience much easier."
"I personally would not recommend this apartment. When I signed my lease, the leasing agent had told me there was a special for one month free or that you could spread the credit over the duration of the lease and pay rent at x amount per month, the agent did the math and told me I would pay x amount for the entire year. I have paid this amount every month, and within the last couple months the price of my rent has increased because they said the credit has been spent when in theory this shouldn’t have happened.. the doors are cheaply made, I have had my laundry double doors come off multiple times on both sides and have had to call maintenance. Parking is also a hassle, you have to register guest vehicles every time they visit and if you forgot to they will be towed.. I have had friends get towed and it is very frustrating. My lease is up in March and I WILL be moving.."
