"I have lived here for 2 years. The staff , Maintenance Team and Administration are always Attentive and Exceed my expectations!"
"Lived here for 6+ months now and couldn’t be happier. Office is great when I have any questions, maintenance has always resolved my issues within 24 hours of submitting the request and the grounds are always kept clean. I do live in the smallest floor plan but it’s the perfect amount of space plus all of my electric bills since June when I moved in have been under $100 total. Personally where my building is located there’s ample amounts of parking and I’ve never encountered an issue. Overall great and would consider renewing when the time comes."
"The apartments are fairly old and the windows leak cold air like crazy. There is little insulation so in the summer you're boiling and the winter freezing.
There is rarely any parking near your building. They need to assign 1 spot for each apartment so there is adequate parking for residents. Residents park over the lines, making it hard to get in and out of vehicles. Numerous scratches and dents occur because of careless residents.
Dogs are allowed which means barking continually through the day and night, making living here an absolute nightmare. Residents do not control their animals creating a very poor living experience.
The rent was increased so we're now paying Woodlands rates for an apartment built in the 80's. We are now paying extremely high rent for fairly crappy apartments."

Nobody wants to have issues arise but when they do it’s nice to be able to depend on management to take care of things.
