Some of them ordered my apartment to be vacated where they left me with nothing, they even changed the lock, they threw away all my belongings including important papers, documents, titles... because they believed that my contract was expired, and I still haven't received a call from anyone, what do you think? Tale of rose from Guadalupe, I'm still waiting for the call from someone other than the Manager, and no one stands up for my belongings, so this place is the worst. They don't solve. They offer many services and none of them work. 3 years living here and the pool is still waiting for permission from the state, nothing helps"
