"Evergreen at Sterling Ridge feels like a home instead of an apartment! Very quiet and peaceful community!! I love my apartment home. Brooklyn (leasing manager) very professional she walked me through my rental application with ease! Great and friendly staff, thumbs up for excellent customer service!"
"I lived there for 3 years. It wasn't a good experience. Management is incompetent. They can give write warnings for nothing without any evidence. There was no move out inspection and they wanted me to pay for carpet replacement. I totally don't agree with that. They don't care and don't want to talk about it, I called them, sent email, doesn't work. They just give the balance to collectors. It's terrible..."
"Andreas the lead maintenance man. Always responds to my request in a timely manner. He is vey respectful of my wife. He replaced my closet light in three minutes. His associate was very cautious with ladder to not hit my furniture or walls"
"Very noisy place they party in their garages smell cigars and cigarettes The Manager does nothing because they are residents that have been there forever. The mantience use the garages for storage there never enough available. The trash runs whenever it feels like it they have major bug problem . This is by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Repairing of anything is the worst job. They handed me paint and told me I can do it myself. The hallways flood and people so loud going in out of their garages . The dogs are not on leashes. You see people come in from the streets to use the restroom and pool. I could type so much more. Your packages go missing. Thugs on bicycles come in hang out at the pool . People don't pick up their dogs waste. Don't waste your money . There are far better apartments in the woodlands beside this place to get money worth."
"Front desk is very helpful. They always smile. They always listen and solve things with their best effort. Apartments are in good shape(though it can be fabulous if kitchen cabinets change) . I wish the pool & stairs are clearer."
