"I like that the community is quiet yet the apartment management does not care about the upkeep of the property. I have been waiting nearly two years for the entrance gate to help fixed as well as the damaged mailboxes. I am constantly told "in a few weeks" yet it's only a zero promise. All the patios and balcony needs to get replaced, as they have aged.
Why has management procrastinated so much? Is the property owner aware that management is not taking care of their property, yet want the rent money."
"Jennifer is AMAZING! She made sure everything in my unit was new and clean before move in and they had my apartment ready so I was able to move in earlier than anticipated. The neighborhood is really quiet and kept up well. I look forward to being here for a long time."

The staff is very welcoming and quick to respond to any maintenance issues, and the location is ideal, with easy access to stores and public transportation. The amenities like the gym and pool are excellent, and my apartment is roomy and well-kept. I would unquestionably suggest this location to anyone searching for a cozy and practical house."

"Linda here, office staff is brilliant here! Property is safe love the peace and quiet! I feel safe I have been here for going on 5 years and have had no issues* perks shipping centers,close metro and just everything! "It’s sad to say that I find pleasure in knowing that I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience. The first 3 pics is what I saw when I walked into my “new apartment “ , mind you, they had whole month to get my apt in order and failed to do so. When I put in a work order abt my tub and frig they actually had the NERVE to send me a text saying it was complete. I called the ACTAUL company that manages the property and all of a sudden I get a text that someone will be out the next day . I am literally using a PLUNGER for my sink to make the water go down, the garbage disposal has not worked since I’ve been here, meaning there’s food in my sink from before I moved in, I can’t even describe to you the smell that comes up from that . As you can see I can’t use the shelves in my frig since I can’t store my condiments nor is there a storage . The Maintenance man came by, looked at it, told me he would get the parts from a vacant apartment and he never came back and that was three weeks go. THEY ARE MORE WORRIED ABOUT THE OUTSIDE APPEARANCE INSTEAD IF ANYTHING. Peoples move out , and they do not lock up the vacant apartments, leaving squatters to get nice a comfortable"
"UPDATE: came out 11/28/2024 ( Thanksgiving)to see my passenger side window on the ground where the obviously tried to break in but didn’t take anything. Walked around and saw another car had been broken into . Can’t get an honest answer out of anyone and the property supervisor runs from accountability so much that she blocked my email. Who does that ? Talk about being professional.
Car got vandalized, the manager didn’t even pretend like she cared. Didn’t even seem shocked that it happened.Everytime I asked if the cameras work, I never received a definite yes or no, just TRYING to lie& say it’s against the law to show me the cameras, which it’s not. Laundry rooms are either closed and the ones they are open have one MAYBE two machines working. NO SECURITY WHATSOEVER. Asked abt the front gate, they lied and said “I tHinK wE’re GetTiNg iT fiXeD”. They’re illegally charging you for a valet trash service they’re no longer in network with, instead they have the Maintenance collect the trash when the LEASE says otherwise. Pool STAYS dirty. The code to access the mailbox doesn’t work, so everyone just leaves the gate open so they can get their mail. Luckily for me,when it’s closed I’m able to reach through the gate the retrieve my mail. Multiple boarded up units throughout the apartment. They charge you for gas when you have an electric stove. Everytime you question something all they do is give you the run around and play with words."
"I’ve been living here for years and there’s always new faces from the maintenance people. My ac always has issues and it just stopped working and I was promised a new ac unit today to be installed and fixed but once I got home they didn’t do anything. I’ve been living in very hot temperature conditions. This is not right please hire experienced people who know what they are doing. I’m tired of these guys always coming and taking years to figure out the problem and never do anything to fix it. I will reiterate, Please hire experienced people who know what they are doing."
