"From the moment me and my husband stepped into Estates at Bellaire for a touring we immediately felt welcome. Patrice was our tour guide & she is definitely a vibe. She has an awesome personality and great communication skills. We toured both 2 bed 2 bath apartments. Love how spacious the bigger 2 bed was & of course thats the one who choosed. The property is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, love that! I love how Patrice took note of 1 or 2 small concerns of ours and made sure to have it worked out for us before our upcoming move in date. I also love how she and the property manager worked with me being that my credit was not the best and I was still able to get approved! We are so grateful to have found this gem and cannot wait to move in. The other leasing specialist that was there in the office, I didn't catch her name but she was giving off good energy as well. Answering my questions about the elementary schools near by. Overall this was the best apartment tour we've had in Houston! Good vibes, good energy, helpful, and super cool. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! Please be sure to work with Patrice. Thank me later!"
"I’ve been living here at Estates at Bellaire for about a year now. I find the place very quiet, and comfortable. A few areas in our buildings, like the outside hallways, could be kept up better, but overall, it’s clean! I feel very safe here. Today I was thrilled with my complimentary carpet cleaning! "I’ve been here for a year and absolutely love living here. The staff here at the Estates are very professional, timely, and friendly. I have worked with Shaelyn over a year planning my move from Florida to Texas, she made my moving process super easy and worry free. The grounds are very clean and maintenance also works very hard. I would highly recommend moving into the Estates at Bellaire"
