"Beautiful complex and apartment units. Modern design, spacious, clean, well priced. Great amenities. Best fitness center I've ever seen in my life at an apt complex. If you're interested ask for Kaylyn. She is outstanding in her knowledge of the complex, policies and everything you need to know, very professional and friendly, and tends to any questions or concerns super quickly. Dead bugs and small debris can linger in the hallways for awhile, that's my only negative, but the complex still gets a 9/10 overall for aesthetics."
"I'm profoundly disappointed with my experience here. After residing in this complex for five years, the administration has levied a $430 charge for purported damages and repairs to the apartment. This fee seems utterly exaggerated and unjustified. Specifically, I've been billed for a kitchen countertop replacement and ceiling painting, despite leaving the apartment in good condition with only typical wear and tear after half a decade of occupancy.
Seeking transparency, I requested receipts and evidence of the purported repairs from the administration. Disappointingly, they were unable to provide any documentation suggesting that they operate on arbitrary pricing rather than actual expenses incurred. Furthermore, I must highlight a previous incident where my car's tires were stolen last year, yet the administration failed to address the matter or offer any assistance.
Given these experiences, I cannot in good conscience recommend this property to others. The lack of accountability and disregard for residents' concerns tarnishes the overall living experience here."
"I am writing to express my concerns regarding the inconsistent and conflicting information I received from the leasing agent and the property manager about my application and the associated fees. I believe my application was processed in bad faith.
Due to these issues, I felt it necessary to escalate my concerns to corporate, Better Business Bureau and any other agencies. I will continue to pursue my complaint regarding the unfair processing of my application."
"I love this place, always clean and great stuff. They always help me with anything I need. Ms Britney is an amazing manager. In a few words this is a great place to call home. And we are so close to the stores, airports, Houston, schools… is just perfect. Also Jaheim is a worker from Elevate. He is amazing, always happy to help and do his work extremely excellent. So glad to have him in this apartments. God bless you Jaheim."
"Would not recommend to anyone who doesn't want to pay unnecessary charges especially at move out. It takes forever to actually reach anyone at the office, and when you do, they'll give you information thats incorrect so I recommend getting written confirmation of literally anything. If you want to speak to the manager, you probably won't ever get to since she defers all her calls to assistants or will say she's left for the day, but she will be the one to send you the bill. We left the apartment in great condition and still ended up with several charges for almost a thousand dollars.
Also, you'll be paying a monthly charge for a trash service that takes holidays like every week and they will still charge you for keeping the trash outside the door when it should've been picked up."
