"I moved to this property a week ago today and I’m beginning to regret my decision on this property. It’s been over 10 years that I’ve lived in an apartment and I knew there would be a lot to readjust to but it’s been a week and I see nothing has changed much. I leased my unit back in December after moving out of my home following the passing of my father and I moved into a unit where it appeared to be a rushed make ready. It took about 4 days for the paint smell to dissipate. Just about every major appliance was worn and not functioning properly. I’m still waiting on things listed on my inventory sheet to be addressed. I wasn’t expecting brand new items but I wasn’t expecting appliances to be so worn and inoperable. The mirrors in both bathrooms are so worn. I know the unit couldn’t have been walked by office staff. Parking was horrible so it would’ve been nice to know that due to the location of my unit that reserved parking was high recommended. Needless to say i woke up 6 days in to a notice to vacate due to an outstanding balance on my account. After speaking to the office staff my rent was miscalculated so I had a fees that weren’t included in my first months payment and I was also charged the reserved parking fees which I was expecting that but nothing was communicated to me at the time of reserving these parking spots. I knew speaking to the manager wouldn’t be in my best interest because my attitude was already not the best. This was the worse move in experience and unfortunately I’ll be here for a least a year. I can already feel that this office staff doesn’t really care much about new tenants and their experience as I’m sure the manager heard my conversation with her assistant manager and was aware of the fees and notice I had received on my door. Before making your decision for a home for you and your family really do your due diligence because once you are locked in you will have to deal with the staff and the home until …. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I’m big on customer service and hospitality and I have lost my initial draw to this property and staff. I can just submit my work orders, pay my rent and just try to make this home comfortable for myself and my daughter, with limiting my engagement with office staff until my lease ends."
"This place has gone down.! The hallways are consistently neglected. Who knows the last time it was mopped or cleaned. spilled food left in the halls and soon roaches will scurrying about at night in the hallways. Tenants routinely leave their garbage in the halls over the weekend, creating a foul stench that lingers for days, especially in the summer heat. Dog urine has permeated the floors of the hallways and stairwells, leaving a pungent odor that is impossible to ignore.
To make matters worse, the security guard does not speak English, rendering any attempts to address any issues at night. utterly futile. This property has clearly fallen from being a 1beautiful property. Look beyond the beautiful front office to the REALITY."
"I lived at Eclipse for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. The ladies at the front office especially Carolina were always great at working with me and resolving any issues I may have promptly! The area is quiet yet close to a bunch of restaurants and things to do. The unit is beautiful with high ceilings and updates appliance. Any problems in or out the unit are always fixed promptly which I appreciate. For the price, you truly can’t beat it. 10/10 I would recommend this apartment!"
"Normally, I would give a lower rating for the place because the corporate side of management was highly incompetent. However, I learned that it was best have the ladies at the leasing office/front desk handle corporate because they always got your back. Maria, Claudia, and Carolina were especially helpful when it came to settling issues regarding my renewal with their corporate office and they were able to smooth things out for me. The place itself is easily one of my favorite places to live (I used to move yearly/bi-yearly) especially for the price and the maintenance staff is always on point. The staff here are always friendly and the neighbors are very polite."
"I came into the office to inquire about apartment availability. Claudia was very nice, warm, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and extremely thorough. She answered all my questions and concerns and help walk me through the application process. It’s staff like Claudia that makes your apartment search seamless and worth it! Kudos to Claudia!"
"We've been here about 3 weeks, and honestly I love it. The gym has reopened for anyone wondering, looks like the office will be open soon too. The pool is gorgeous, I will admit that it's true groups of people take over and have music wars with their speakers. I'm not sure what can be done about that because it seems specifically at times when the office is closed. I just leave when it's not my vibe, it's not the end of the world. Fridays and Saturdays people do leave their trash out and it can be smelly, but overall fine. We had been house hunting for a hot minute and RANDOMLY stopped in, we didn't know touring was by appointment only at this time. However, MARIA (the best) took the spare time she had to answer our questions and even let us see a unit. We fell in love, updated flooring, open concept and high ceilings (at least on the 3rd floor). The property itself is so nice in my opinion, lots of parking but the best spots are gone by around 4:30/5 so plan accordingly. You can't beat the location, the amenities, the cute events they host regularly and all the staff has been very kind. Any property is going to have good/not great things about them. I would def recommend this place and have no plans to move anytime soon as long as things stay good."
"Moved in at the beginning of September with Claudia helping my girlfriend and I with paperwork and questions. She was so much help and is the nicest in the office! Very attentive and personable. Definitely ask for her when calling in or showing up.
As for the complex. The gym, club room and offices have been renovated and look great! Lots of restaurants and stores nearby for easy access."
