"Went on a walk through with Daniel here Saturday, although I was late for my scheduled appointment he was still able to get me a quick tour. Friendly and helpful. The property was nice, quiet, and spacious."
"I'm deeply disappointed with my experience today. After a massive fire at the property, many residents, including myself, lost everything. When I reached out to the property for assistance, I was met with an incredibly insensitive attitude from Kris, the assistant manager. Her lack of compassion was shocking, especially considering the severity of the situation. It's unacceptable to treat someone who has just lost their home and belongings with such disregard. The management at Delray is truly appalling. When it was all set and done I was not properly accommodated. I hope they never have to experience the pain of losing everything."
"Very nice living conditions the staff is very prompt with resolving any issues. The maintenance staff does a great job and is always willing to do more than originally asked, thankful for the assistance that I received from Mucio with repairs needed in my apartment I am very pleased."
"I've witnessed this property transition from a luxury residence to affordable living, which has come with numerous challenges. We've seen a rise in domestic crimes, the sight of dog waste throughout the property has become all too common, and the once-engaging resident events have nearly dwindled. Safety has become a concern due to speeding vehicles in the parking lot, and the staff's attitude has shifted to being unhelpful and rude.
Management struggles with retaining staff, leading to unprofessional behavior. Additionally, utility costs have skyrocketed, compounded by a hefty 'community bundle' charge.
The only bright spot is the maintenance team, who consistently work hard, address issues promptly, and demonstrate strong expertise. However, it’s evident that the root of the problem lies with management, which has not effectively addressed these growing issues."
"My family and I have grown to love this place that we call home now. After searching and searching for the right place to call home! The apartment is cozy, welcoming, the maintenance is great, not to mention the manager Anthony! He is very attentive and positive! We were going thru lives obstacles ? and Anthony put our moving experience at ease for us. We tell everyone we know to move here! Thanks Anthony and Gerald welcoming me and my family!"
"After a long day of looking for a new place to live, I came into Delray Apartments… boy, was I glad I did. First impression: complex is well maintained and clean. When I walked into the office I was greeted immediately by Natasha and Anthony. This duo truly care about people and make you feel like you welcome and aren’t wasting your time. The floor plan I was interested was not available to see, and while other places just give you a brochure and let you go, Natasha was convincing in me seeing the grounds, so we walked the amenities. Natasha showed me a virtual plan of the One Bedroom and I really liked it. I went to the neighboring propertys but none showed customer service like this. Kudos!"
