"The staff at The Deerwood is simply amazing! Plus, the property is clean, quiet, and well maintained! I find it a joy to open my blinds every morning! The courtyard is well maintained and the trees are simply beautiful!"
"The people are great, the staff amazing, and that one star goes for them! However, the corporate has some serious issues... buliding is old, (far from lux as they advertise the place) they try to renovate the apartments on the cost of the residents who lived and left. I see more and more complains and reviews of them trying to charge people for replacing carpets, appliances, etc.. They should maybe invest into new windows for a change, doors, and a cleaning service for the pool, that was always full of bugs, leaves and dirt... Also, the fire alarm system goes on at all time, expected and unexpected, if you have cat/dog and go to work, make sure you don't leave them alone, they could suffer from that noise at anytime while you are at work, my dog still has fear and seizures when he hears a fire alarm, because once unannounced the fire alarm went on for over 2 hours it was 16 March, 2023, lucky I had camera at home, and rushed from the restourant back to the apartment, my dog had to sit for over 40 min hearing that noise

"I lived there for 3 years with no problems after I left the apartment was clean and the carpet was in good condition in about 3 month they send me bell for 751 dollars claiming that for cleaning and carpet change . I well never live there again.and the mother company has a lawsuit against them in California for the same reason."
"The community and surrounding area are nice, too bad the leasing agent and office workers are rude and snooty. They will make you do plenty of unnecessary steps to just VISIT and then say it’s “protocol”. It also seems that they want a certain demographic in these apartment homes. I mean they tried everything to deter me from renting. I’ve never been treated like this while apartment hunting, this was mentally taxing. Luckily, I have time & plenty of options."

Staff is very attentive. Mr. Troy the concierge always has a smile on his face, he goes above and beyond to help. The overall place is amazing. I’m so excited to become a new resident."
"Meghan, assistant manager- was very unwelcoming. I came for an appointment she walked in 20-30 minutes late with no sense of urgency after I told her I was on a strict time limit due to me being on lunch. Nasty attitude, as if she didn’t want to be there or help at all with my move in. I was very interested in the property but it all starts with management. This company should train management on how to be friendly to prospects."
