"DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! I was dealing with assistant manager Misco Rogers who did not inform me of much and was very negligent during this whole process. I applied early June and got approved for a move in date of July 27th. I paid my deposit and prorated rent shortly after that. I moved in July 27th and quickly moved my things right back out. Already put in a 2 months notice. The floors were dirty and had a slippery wet substance on it. As I am further inspecting the apartment I found stains , trash , and debris all throught out the unit. Nothing had been thoroughly cleaned. I go to check the inside of my washer and dryer and a roach comes out of the dryer ! There were ants all through out the bedroom. I move to sit down in the living room and there are also ants everywhere. The next morning I inform the property manager of everything I seen along with pictures and she dismisses everything I am telling her. She informs me that the apartment was cleaned and exterminators came and that she can call them back. I let her know that I no longer want to stay here and she says that would be an eviction plus breaking my lease. I have not went back and the apartment is still vacated. I refuse to stay here !!!!

"Avoid. I lived here from 2022 when they first opened and recently moved out in 2024. It was a fantastic property with great management when I first moved in but has only gone downhill from then. I would give this apartment a 4/5 stars from 2022 to 2023 (until it got sold to a new management). A couple things that has happened:

1) You will not have stable electricity. Every time there's a remote chance of a moderate gust of wind or storm, your power will go out and it will take them days to recover it. Although I can't fully blame the apartment for this as the entire city of Houston is like this.

2) When you move out, they will charge you extra for BS (to be expected from these type of apartment complexes honestly) but the icing on top is that they do not let you know that you owe money to them (no e-mails or letters will be sent to you) and then you magically get an angry call from debt collectors and ruin your credit over a debt you did not even know you had. So beware, they'll screw you out of money but will also try hard to wreck your credit.

3) When I lived here, it was originally a safe area. It has quickly gone downhill since. There was a shooting here where a stray bullet actually got shot into one of the apartments. I saw cars missing wheels on cinder blocks. "Residents" throwing ragers in the pool area and causing a mess. People not picking up their dogs' filth. Rethink if this is the kind of area you really want to live in when there are several newer & nicer properties in Spring.

The only plus I'd give is that the apartment is relatively new and amenities are still okay condition. Also maintenance does a fantastic job of responding to issues.

But unless you enjoy wrecking your credit and questioning your safety, I'd really look to stay elsewhere. Believe the other 1-star reviews in this apartment from current/past residents."

"Where do I start, Samantha was so on point helping me every step of the way, she was patient with me and answered all my questions. I love my apartment it’s like coming home to a beautiful resort, the lounge, theater room and gym are all immaculately kept. My neighbors are quiet and the parking lot is clean. Once again I love my new home!!Pictures will be coming soon!"

"I’ve lived here for 6 months now, and I love it! Any problem I’ve had Samantha has resolved within a days time, very quiet and peaceful. I have really enjoyed living here (I am very picky about my apartments)

The only thing is I would like to get my gate clicker ;)"
