"First of all I stopped by to apply for an apartment which was being advertised as a 2 bedroom 2 bath for $870.00 and deposit required $250.00 when I got there L****a ( manager) advised me that there was one for $950.00 and $350.00 deposit I showed her that on their own website it stated $870.00 and $250.00, she told me the owners have not updated the page and that the rent was $950.00 I expressed to her that I was going based on what was on the website. She "honored" what was on the website and still had me pay the $350.00 which I decided I did not want to fight over because I know it is up to them to approve the application or not. L****a ( manager) advised me that I had 72 hours prior to moving in to cancel my application that they would only deduct the $50.00 for admin fee. I called today 01/29/2018 way before my move in date which was suppose to be the 20th of Feb to advised her that we no longer need the apartment. L****a ( manager) was very rude and told me that they will not return my money that she never told me such thing. As I am talking to her she is talking over me and being very rude. I completely understand the $50.00 but she explained very clearly that I had 72 hours before the move in date to cancel the apartment. We had not even seen the apartment, or signed the contract. So my advice to you is make sure you record when your talking to them, the other girl M**** is very rude too. I really do hope they get looked into because I am sure they have done it to more people and they have not reported them."
"Put in an application. Never heard from anyone for days so I finally decided to email to confirm they got it. I asked what docs needed to be sent over and how I could pay for my application fee. The return email was extremely dry and basically only said bring in my app fee, admin fee and deposit. I currently live in Maryland and asked how else I could pay it. Never heard back. Should’ve read the reviews before applying. Would have saved me the trouble."
"Worst apartment I've ever lived in I do not advise to move here there are to many roaches the outside is always dirty there's always loud music in the night time there's cat walking around and there's always dog poop lieing around in the grass the employees and the front desk are good but it takes such a while for them to come fix something and when u say theres a lot of roaches I mean alot the rent is always going up the bugs in the apartment are to munch I'm begging for the arpartment to try and fix this and I also hope they can start telling dog owners to clean there dogs poop and the arpartment employees should take all of the bugs more seriously and actually spray some good bug spray that can get rid of the bugs bc the bug spray they spray it doesn't work I also hope the arpartment can construct the road and make it look better and I also do no like that the trash bin area has so much trash on the floor like people don't clean after there self I would give it a 1 star I'f it wasn't for the front desk employees and that's make rating so again if u don't like bugs or loud music and a rusty trash bin then don't move to this arpartment and I also found a dead rat on one of the stairs"
"*All the office staff are wounderful, very friendly,helpful and always answering questions I have. I believe it's the owner of the apt.complex for the following ➡ISSUES: Apartment is affordable and comfy.☺ISSUES**Safety: I don't feel safe outside/inside, w/all construction going on ¬ enough security walking around all of apt.complex& in pm no security present NOT ENOUGH LIGHTS IN PARKING LOT AND ON SIDEWALK PATHWAY,it's a accident waiting to happen. Therefor due to ALL SECURITY REASONS NOT BEING ADDRESSED ⬇

"My first impressions just based on a phone call was horrible. I called twice. The first time I called, someone picked the phone up and slammed it down. I gave a second try and when the lady picked up the phone, she just held the phone. She never said Hello or anything. When I finally said something, she gave no name or anything. Just a simple “How can I help you?” If that’s any indication of how they operate, I will pass. It’s too many other places where I can spend my money."
