"The staff at this property is very nice and helpful Jessica and the girls at the office are always very friendly. The maintenance guy Carlos Serrano simply surprised me, he fixed many things in my apartment in the blink of an eye. For the price it is definitely a very good property."

"Staff are amazing. Will help where help is needed. Honestly no complaints. Jessica C made us feel like we were already at our new home during our tour. The pool is amazing!! Complex is very clean! Animals welcome for all you furbaby owners. New pavement was added. Its handsdown one of the best apartments.

"This is the worst apartment we've ever lived in. Since we moved in, we've had mice frequently entering our room, and there was even a dead mouse found inside. There are also a lot of insects, and an unpleasant smell and cigarette smoke seem to come from nowhere. The hallway is really dirty. About six months after moving in, my family and I started coughing frequently. Our ceiling leaked for nearly a year before it was finally fixed. My advice is, don't live here!！"
"Creole is one of worst place to live in Houston, I stayed for 1 year in 1st floor near pool, they allow dogs inside pool and you can see dog poop everywhere. When it rains it becomes much severe and smells very bad to live in. Parent with kids don’t even think of residing here and you can here gun shots and robbery and loud sounds as daily routine, even though you complain they will say they will check and never comes back and security is least concern for present staff they just want money and nothing else"
