"I’ve been living here for almost 2 years.
The maintenance here was never good, but I was always able to fix things myself, or you have to wait for at least 2 weeks to get something fixed.
My apartment is leaking since Friday. I’ve called them multiple times, they come, drain the water but don’t fix the problem.
I can’t use my kitchen, I can’t use my living room, my asthma and allergies are really bad right now because of all the smell. And what they do? Nothing!!!!
Friday they took 3 hours to get to my apartment, only to drain the water. I don’t know how long will take to them to fix it.
I can't wait to move out of this place for good!"

I moved into Creekstone last summer hopeful that I had found a place I could call home for 3-4 years. Unfortunately, I now know that won't be possible.
When I opened the door on my assigned move-in day, I was shocked at the state. There was a woman in there trying to clean with her small child sitting in the corner of the unit. She was vacuuming the carpets, which had not been professionally cleaned. She rushed out and my unit was left dirty by the previous occupant. The shower would not turn on. The floors were old and crumbling. There were missing light fixtures. The mirror was cracked. The water fixtures were peeling. The tiles were stained and cracked. I documented these things with pictures and it took about a month to get the apartment in a basic move-in-ready condition. Multiple times, painters or maintenance people tried to come into my unit without knocking.
As I settled in, more and more red flags popped up. The amenities we pay an extra fee for are hardly maintained. The pool is rarely open at 10 a.m. (The pool gates have padlocks on them). The water is currently murky and gross. The gym is missing weights and has had a broken bike and treadmill that have remained broken all year. The premises is constantly littered with trash that becomes part of the landscaping. The gates will be left/stuck open for weeks at a time. We constantly get notices about stolen tires and broken car windows. There is standing water that turns putrid in multiple parking spaces/near the dumpsters. The weeds and plants growing out of the sand volleyball court, rocks, and sparse sand makes the sand courts unusable. The office communications are often difficult to read and understand because of errors.
If Creekstone is your only option, insist on seeing your actual unit before signing anything. There are also about $50-80 of extra fees each month on top of rent and pet rent. Be prepared for separate drainage, sewage, trash, water, amenities, pest control, and service fees.
I reached out to the Price Realty Regional Supervisor (Carrie Weaver) and the Director of Operations (Kenneth Raley) 26 business days ago, iterating the same concerns and requesting the owner’s contact information and have not received the requested information.
Update- The gates have been broken since early January 2024. The place is still littered with trash. The property has "lost" my move-in inventory."

I don’t know from where I should start but I’m going to try giving few feedback about this Horrible place. I have a ton of problems with this place. It has been almost a year there is so many lights don’t work in the complex. I asked them so many time to fix that , I even told them I am going to by light bulbs for this and help them to fix it . I have so many emails text messages to prove that . They don’t want to that because I believe they’re doing on purpose to help crimes. Because we got so many times car jacked and tires stolen in our place. Every single month I get water leaking from second floor . I needed sink pipes replace they came to fix it after few weeks and instead of charging to better one they put something has been used for a long time and said we will order for you new one.Then manager said you already accepted old one we can change anymore. They lost my home key and asked to make copy for them . Basically someone took my key from office and come still my house anytime they want to . They change whole leasing workers almost every 2 month and when you asked them anything they say I am new I have no idea also I am temporary here . Pool suppose to be close after 10pm but so many strangers and people smoking weed , listening music loudly until morning there . I have been asking them to send a pet controller for my apartment it has been so many months but there is still nobody has been showing up. You can see any kind of bugs even snakes around this apartment complex. Gates gets broken every single month. They have no security cameras in the apartment. No security services at all . Pool has been closed and dirty for a long time . There is still more but I think this is enough to understand that this place is horrible. You have no safe here ! This guys are literally scammers. Worst management I have ever seen. DON’T MOVE HERE !!! PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOU FAMILY FROM THIS GUYS!! ELSHAD S."
"Im not good at this review thing but i have to give a shout out to this new staff they are caring and understanding. Also, take a look at this pool it hasn’t looked this good until now they make it a point to have all amenities clean for us something I cant say about the previous staff."
"Just moved in a couple of weeks ago and I love it! So calm, so clean, beauty nature, the apartments are beautiful. Thanks to Ruben for help me out with the process from the beginning till I got my keys, he was very helpful and even now he's still there to help. I'm happy I've chose them."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. I am happy to chat offline and be an advocate for NOT moving here. I live here right now and am looking forward to when my lease ends to leave. All of the issues stem from the unprofessional staff that makes up the leasing office. False promises, lies, unwilling to accommodate and service maintenance requests in a timely manner. As a local professional in the area i can attest to other locals who i have come across who moved out of this community for similar reasons, and i am happy to be joining the club soon. A home should be a place of comfort but all this community does is cause you more stress. Ask yourself, do you really want to be depressed in your own home? If your answer is yes, then Creekstone may be right for you!"
