"If I could give 0 stars to this apartments I would. I have been in Texas since 2019 and this has been so far the worst living experience I ever had. Let me start by saying that management is very bad, this apartments change managers very often. They take forever to do maintenance requests, I was waiting for a mirror swap for months and they did it after multiple emails back and forth and because the regional manager was involved. I moved out and left the apartment better than what was given to me and they are trying to charge me for painting, like they would want a brand new apartment after you leave. No responses from management when there is an issue, you will be waiting, terrible service all together. I was here for over a year and would not recommend them at alllllll. I never really do reviews but I had to do it this time because it is unbelivable the experience I had with them. Be careful . Please see photos below for confirmation, they are trying to justify their charges saying walls are not considered wear and tear."
"I’d give zero stars if I could. The management here is shady, dishonest and outright fraudulent . They slapped me with outrageous move-out charges for cleaning, carpet replacement, and wall repair—none of which were justified. I had the place professionally cleaned before I moved out, and the carpet was undamaged. I even patched up the walls myself, just like they said I could.
When I asked for proof of these so-called damages, all they provided was a photo of carpet being torn apart by them! Now they’re trying to claim that small indentions from where my bed was located (which can be easily fixed) count as “substantial” damage. Seriously? They also said if we fixed the walls, we wouldn’t be charged, but here they are trying to bill me for $458 in move out fees.
After continuous back and forth, they only dropped the cleaning charge without evidence of an unclean apartment because they know they’re in the wrong, but they refuse to take off the other bogus charges. This management team is unprofessional and only interested in squeezing every dollar they can. I’ll be filing a complaint and taking them to small claims court. Avoid this place—don’t let them scam you like they tried with me.
In addition, the new management here is rude and full of bad energy. Every time you talk to them, they act like they’re in a terrible mood. The last management team was actually kind and professional—something this new team completely lacks! Just read the other bad reviews; everyone agrees. Do yourself a favor and look for another apartment in Katy. There are plenty of better choices!! ?"
"WARNING to all renters! Look elsewhere while you still can!
They will try to pull you in with nice looking units and amenities, but that's the only good thing about this place. I've been here 2 years and in that time management has changed 3-4 times. Severe incompetence has turned this place into a cesspit. Terrible management, entrance/exit gates constantly breaking, seemingly monthly internet outages, bad utility efficiency (expect to spend $250-$300 a month for electricity during the summer), bad water pressure, very noisy community and right next to a major highway (you will hear loud cars or tenants until 1:00am), awful parking situation, traffic in the area is awful, etc.
All of this still doesn't really encompass just how bad this complex is. Don't let them fool you into signing a lease here.
If you do end up having to sign here be sure to read your lease EXTREMELY carefully. The office will try to use any wording they can to screw you over and milk you of every last dollar you have."
"Lived here for 2 years. While a resident multiple management companies. My tires were stolen off my car. Mail was stolen out of the mailbox. The most recent has been the worst. Adrian is very nasty and rude. I asked for the regional manager and corporate office number he told me to google it. He refused to let me speak to Keisha the manger. He definitely needs customer service training. He took multiple days to send over my rental history to my new community. I had to call multiple times and so did the other community. Which held up my move. I will end with saying Keisha the manger when I’ve spoke with her in the past she was nice and understanding. Live here at your own risk."
"The staff was nice and friendly throughout paperwork process. Cindy was even kind enough to show me the apartment the day before I moved in to make sure everything was ok.
The move in day I get my keys and I noticed there were roaches in the sink. Not just one like 4 of them and little ones too!! I immediately brought it to the their attention. So I let it go, the same day there were roaches coming out left and right from everywhere!! I think management knew this apartment is infested with roaches because e the day before I moved in the apartment ls thermostat was set to 65 that’s cold!! Roaches do not like the cold they like warm and moist. I could not even sleep there! Imagine my frustration I put a deposit down and I couldn’t even sleep in the apartment. I asked to be immediately released from the lease and they denied me!! And do not want to give me my money back!! What a shame!! They offered another apartment but I could not stay there knowing in the back of my head that there are roaches in that apartment complex!! Please before you move in you thoroughly check the apartment! This was apartment #2204!! I have videos but Google is not letting me post it!!! So please make sure you check the apartment!!"
