"This was one of the worse complexes I ever lived in. Complaints to the office went unresolved, upstairs neighbors were so loud, AC did not work properly, and not to mention I felt so unsafe even walking to my car here. They changed management so many times in the one year I rented from this place, lost my rent twice and tried making me double pay one month because they were in the middle of switching owners and lost my payment. Requested maintenance for roaches and they were unable to come in because the office "lost" my apartment key. When i asked them to change my locks, they told me that was not necessary, the key was around somewhere. When I insisted on having them changed, they wanted to charge me a fee. This place is an absolute joke and I don't see it being any better with new management."
"Been living here since February, I've had problems with Roaches crawling in bed all over food, no jobs nearby, Leasing management is rude and only care about money. Joanna will help to her ability. Someone broke into my apartment, I got police report they didn't even try to hurry and fix lock on my door. Holes in ceilings and walls. My A/C and HEAT is currently broke and it's freezing outside BELOW 50. I've been contacting them for days but because I haven't paid my rent they have yet to come fix it. These are the type of people they are. They are only nice to you if you have money that is it. They usually answer the phone but nobody has been answering the phone for me. Homeless people move into the vacated apartments. The gates do not lock and this apartment is not properly protected at all. Right in the middle of the hood. Please do your research before moving anywhere and if you want to move here try and wait until things get more secured. This has been the most uncomfortable living situation I have ever been in. Somebody pray please"
"I absolutely adore these apartments. My friend lives here and I toured the apartments and they were amazing. They’re in a good area where there is not a lot of noise. The leasing agent I spoke with was a true blessing, her name is Mayra. She was super kind and very welcoming. I 100 percent recommend these apartments if you’re looking for a great place to call home!"
"I was on the verge of moving when my lease was up but the new management lead by Teena is absolutely amazing, the maintenance team with George & Ernesto gets the job done correctly the 1st time. The property is getting back to how it was when I moved in 3 years ago. They have given me hope. The other management companies were garbage, but the new time is extremely professional at the work they do. Below is a picture of the pool that was full of mosquitoes, fungus that’s been this way since March and within a month the new time had it drained, cleaned and refilled!!! As well has the property doesn’t look like a garbage can anymore!!! Plus no more illegal towing going on!!!"
"Been in these apartments for going on 4yrs and they are amazing and quiet. This is definitely a place u would call home. Also the management team is amazing They take the time to listen to u and when u have a work order they respond to it quickly and then follow up to make sure it was taken care of. If u need a place to call home this is it."
