"I love the beach atmosphere. As a resident of Balmoral neighborhood I would like to have the option to bring at least 10 guests to experience this place with me. I would also like to be informed as to what kind of food can be brought in. Is it just snacks, chips? Overall I love the family-friendly music, the alcohol-free watermelon drinks, and the food trucks. This lagoon is beautiful and well-kept."

"Michael Paulin was great!! He was very helpful and polite. He helped with an issue that we have been having since we moved in July. He ensured everything was working correctly before he left the home. I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you Michael!!!!!!!!"
